New Orleans week

SCP

No I didn't show SCP anything! It was all in fun! I would never attempt to match SCP'S brilliance! I am just a cajun sitting here in my canoe fishing in the swamp wasting time. I figured that maybe a playful response to SCP'S terrific writing would be entertaining.

Just like it will be entertaining to hear all of you Carolina fans convince yourselves of how good you really are despite the brutal beating you just took in the Superdome. I know, I know, I can hear it now, "like the beating the Seahawks just gave the Saints??" One, no, we are going to beat you much worse than that! Two, there is no doubt that Seattle destroyed us - not even an argument, no excuses, manhandled - defeated - embarrassed - (just insert an adjective here - I AM SURE SCP WILL) - however, when we return to play them in the NFC Championship game - I bet you there are tons of people (not just Saints Fans) - who pick the SAINTS to win - WATCH.

It's all good. We can be friends still after we kick ur favorite teams @ss! :-D

First, yes I am a New Orleans resident, have lived here all my life.  And Yes, like SCP, I travel a great deal with work have been in Carolina representing clients against the "honest" banks with headquarters in Charlotte many times.   Actually, unlike SCP i will say that Charlotte was a pretty cool city although the bars and restaurants close too early and don't have the style of food I am accustomed to.

Second, if you read the brilliant message that started this thread - it was SCP who made the statement that "the team destined to move to San Antonio before Katrina hit has started to win a few games" . .IN CASE YOU MISSED IT - the stats regarding "the few games the Saints have won" since Katrina were the focus of that previous post.  There is NO denying how horrible the Saints franchise was for the longest period of time in the NFL (since 1967 actually) - and again, I love your originality - NEVER HEARD that before - the SAINTS used to be losers - WOW.

If we look at history - the SAINTS are one of the least successful teams in the NFL - no doubt.  Although - I guess if we are talking about history - we do have more world titles than Carolina - RIGHT?  But I digress, please allow me to admit here and now that as all of you say - Saints fans are the worst - we are idiots, stupid fema check collecting drug addicted bunch of morons, just as SCP said - I admit it.  And the SAINTS? - they are horrible - just look what happened in Seattle - right? They have been losers forever.  Just one thing - how are you going to feel if you LOSE Sunday to that bunch of losers and their drug addicted government cheese eating fans?  Worse, how are you gonna feel if you get destroyed?  I know you Carolina fans are really smart - check the stats - the SAINTS have won their last 12 night games at home by an average of over 20 points per victory.   I know that can't happen to Carolina - can it?   Lets tell the truth - if the Saints wind Sunday and the beat St. Louis  and Tampa Bay - the other game against you does not matter - we win the South and have the second seed.  Assuming you win the rest of your games, aside from the beating Sunday night - you remain the five seed.  GOOD LUCK.

I'll still have a full-time job, be a 3-time published short-story author, and in the middle of the best season I've seen my team have in 5 years.  I have nothing to do with it when they win and nothing to do with it when they lose.  Life will go on.  Your team, however, will still have no class or backbone.

You forgot, "and a Lombardi trophy."

Son, a lot of teams have a Lombardi. what happened in 2009 doesn't matter anymore. This season is what matters. When this seasons over, next season is what matters. Just like Steelers fans talking about how many rings they have..

Lets say women are a Lombardi trophy. Would you rather be talking about one you banged in 09' or one you could be banging right now?

Why DO you ALL-CAP random WORDS in YOUR posts?

I AM typing THIS while pooping. The signature never lies.

Is this just Alice under a new account? With all the dedication to statistics and severe focus on jokes it sure seems a lot like Alice. It does seem a bit curious that this account was created and began posting to this thread after the Huddle, PhillyB, and yourself torched Alice's poo conceiver...

Apparently you did!  What is with Carolina people and the word "poo"?  Why are you all so fascinated with poo? - Strange - then again you are fans of Cam Newton.

I can understand why you're sick of seeing poo since you live in it.  It's a curse word filter that changes the "s" word to poo.

No I don't think so, there isn't nearly enough arrogance in that post for it to be Dat Alice.

So you're saying you've never banged a woman, but have come really close?
