Call me old, but in my opinion today's movie trailers pretty much all just look like music videos.  Throw in some random clips, insert a little background music from a song that may or may not e in the movie, and boom, you've got a trailer.  And most of them look like any other.

 

The trailers for movies back in the 70s though?  They were hysterically over the top, especially the ones for horror and sci-fi movies.  Every movie was hyped like it was the greatest story ever set to film.
