Not sure what to think of the responses to this. It should be a subject that 100% agree is a good thing. Ironically (and maybe sadly), that would likely be the case if we had a winning team. -
The leadership angle is awkward. Number one he is not a loud personality. And you need performance to back up talk because leadership is not don’t do as I do, do as I say. You have to do your job right. If he can get it together on the field they will listen to him, it has to be lead by your actions first. -
