you said i called you naive because you dis agree whioch is incorrect. i called you naive for what you said about DE and RB.We may disagree but that was not the premise the premise was thinking getting rid of a DE or RB would eliminate bargain hunting.

We are not talking about the QB market you have interjected that which is not the point and which I already pointed oput to you but you don't get it. the market has nothing to do with how much we can spend before we end up in perpetual bargain hunting mode.  Ok i'll go one more time and see if you can figure it out. We cannot pay Cam 20 mil and get out of our bargain hunting mode.It has nothing to do with the QB market. It has to do with how much money we have under the cap to spend. it is a fact not an assumption so unless you have new facts then your charge of an assumption is incorrect.Just as you thinking we can just drop a RB and DE and all will be well under the cap.

you never said paying Cam was overpayment, so? You make no sense at all.

If we overpay Cam we will be in perpetual bargain hunting mode year after year until he is done. That is undeniable, that is what I said all along. I have said the same thing you have made something else out to be the point.

Forget it.  You just want to argue and chase your tail.  Find anyone here who agrees with you.  Have a nice day.

When did I say we could (or want to)  avoid bargain hunting?  Again, you assume and then you attack an erroneous assumption.  That is naive.  I endorse bargain hunting, I live for it.  I want Gettlemen to become the best bargain hunter in the NFL.   Is that clear?  You assume that bargain hunting is a bad thing.  That suggests that you want to pay top dollar for non-core talent.  Is this you, Marty Hurney?

?

march 25 ,7:19 pm  you said you don't let your qb go to avoid bargain hunting you let a DE or a RB go.

Bargain hunting where we are right now is a bad thing because it is all we can do. that is different than value hunting which is a good thing. right now we are not able to "hunt" top talent because we can't afford it so we are in bargain hunting mode. we will stay in this state for a long time if we overpay Cam. You assumed what I meant by making it mean wht you wanted it to mean then attacked it. So it is you who has attacked an erroneous assumption.then in this post you added to your assumptions trying to be cute but even that would be a great assumption. We are scraping the bottom for a bargain , now is that what you like?

you are the one who keeps replying. I made my statement and then you replied so now you say it is me? It is not about finding agreement it is about what each poster thinks and believes.  we don't agree , so what?

When the bus stops at your house in the morning to take you to school, how long is it?

The sports media will blow Cam up about leaving..

Im telling you now

Everyone will be yapping about Cam leaving... media can make an impact on players choices so lets hope Cam has ears of stone

If Cam didn't have ears of stone, he'd be a grey-haired basket case after the media coverage of him at UF, AU, and with the Panthers.

    • Not in same league. Caldwell just hit a 10.00 on the RAS. 2nd out of 3830 from 1987 onward.  https://x.com/MathBomb/status/2027885023387349047 Yeah I mean Louis had a sub 9.00 RAS. Still very very good, no doubt. Louis is small, no 2 ways about it. He is likely a sub package lb in nickel packages or specialized WLB. Be fine ST gunner to start for sure. 6 foot flat and 220lb is pushing it for a starting LB. At 10 to 20lbs less than the other LBs he'd better be closer to the top in most timed drills. He's gonna be challenged when some of the wrs in the class can matchup bigger stronger faster, much less TE in the run game.  Yeah instinct matter and he has them, but that size is a massive red flag compared to many of the other LBS in this class.    Rodriguez is the LB that really climbed this week from a pure grit guy to great flash with athleticism people wrote off cause he was a QB at first at UVA. 18.4mph in the backpedal. Production the last 2 years were great. I'd be thrilled with him as the future mike.   Hill likely moved out of 51 and into the top 45 picks ( Ravens at 45 I can't imagine don't bite if he makes it there). Honestly Hill imo is a 1st rounder and I'd be ok with him as he fits the MLB we have missed the last few years. People would crow it's a reach but he's top 30 all-time I'm RAS for a LB at 9.9+ . Plus he was big time in big games when he was healthy. And that br a big check: meds.
    • Miller, Melo, Coby, Moose, and Bridges all on the floor at the same time must be a nightmare for defenses lol. Switch one out for Kon and still a nightmare. Coby really does bring a true 6th man value and looks like he could start if Melo was out after only a few games of getting his feet wet.
