Gary Neal is such a headache

this was his first clearly bad game that i can remember. it happens. he is usually very solid.

He did play well during the regular season in the brief time he played for the Bobs, but he has looked brutal out there in both games in Miami...

Doesn't mean much if you can't bring that game when it matters most.

Hopefully Neal can get back to form in Game 3.

I see us winning a game in Charlotte, but ultimately don't see us getting passed Game 5.

Our offense just isn't there quite yet. Lacking a true scorer... Big Al and Kemba are solid pieces to the puzzle, and MKG adds a lot and will only continue to improve. Zeller is a very interesting player, he is versatile for a big man and the potential is there. Clifford seems like an up-and-comer in the coaching ranks... not saying we're one player away.. but the future looks bright!

poo happens. he is a backup SG. if you are relying on that to win playoff games i got sum bad news for ya.

Yeah, I think Gary Neal is our X-Factor that will lead us to a series victory over Lebron James and the 2-time defending NBA Champions.......................................

.............come on now!

Big Al getting nicked up will ultimately be our demise, but let's be honest, did any of us really think the Bobs would get past Miami in a 7 game series??

I still sort of think it was a bad trade especially with CDR out performing Neal.  Sure would love to have Session's driving ability instead of Ridnour's opieism out there.

    • Great teams build through the draft and have several young players that start that are on rookie contracts. It's important to hit on players in rounds 4 thru 7.  These should be future starters and solid depth.  When you hit on most of your picks you free up a lot of cap space for those one- or two-year players to fill spots you are thin at. No GM is going to perfect on all their picks.  You're going to whiff every once in a while.  That was Hurney problem.  He'd nail the first pick but after that it was reach after reach and we couldn't get any depth on this team. I'm excited about Morgan as our GM and hopefully he'll be around a long time.  It will be even better if Canales can continue to grow as a head coach, both in the development of young players and play calling. I remember last season after Young came back in the lineup and started to perform well.  We saw different plays I had only seen other teams use.   If Canales's play design and play calling continue to grow. Morgan and Canales will be linked together for a long time.  It would be nice to see a Coach and GM together for a decade or two. Go Panthers
    • They also came out for the encore and the singers were dressed in canes jerseys. Pretty fuging cool.
    • She kicked ass. Obviously not the same but it’s an absolute pleasure to see this band live. What a great evening.
