Former Bears nickel back D.J. Moore told me he's about to sign a 1-year deal with the Carolina Panthers in a sec. Should be a good addition.

i wonder if capt is staying even with dj moore coming in.
I'm on coke frequently and take offense to you lumping his bipolar episodes in with me and my misgivings.
Signed as a S. Godfrey to be cut.
Day 1 DBs:
Safety: DJ & DJ
CB: Josh & Josh
Self-imposed 1 hour ban starts now.
He's saying it's Moore's time to "go in". Also person just tweeted this.https://twitter.com/josephperson/status/314116785471385600
I had the same thought: If he comes in, does that mean DJ Moore goes to S? Are we going to play him on the outside?
Moore
Dockery
Florence
Thomas
Norman
(Munnerlyn)
Not great, but they could see it as good enough to take into camp.
Exactly.
couldn't be worse than last year, could it?
now re-sign dwan, find a safety, and fix the offensive line.
I think he predicted that Gamble would be cut.
He missed the rest.
Gettleman: "oh you want a fat contract, well good luck with that.... go test free agency.... things not going so well huh? ... here's a reasonable deal... what's going on? .... still don't want to sign it? ..... oh well F#@K OFF we'll just sign someone else"
I think I just jizzed my pants.
What Gettleman is doing is what a "normal" GM does. Hurney was a disgrace.
actually it secures are world championship for 2013.
I like these DBs--they are underrated. I think Norman will be much better in 2013, but I expect that Dockery and Thomas are fairly solid. I was most worried about the nickel position, and it looks pretty good.
I think a DT and a decent S, this group is going to be fine. Heck, the D was 10th or so last year. with rookie and inexperienced CBs, a special teamer S, and reject DTs. How did that happen?
i still think we need more help at CB and we need upgrading at safety, either bringing in a FS or moving godfrey to FS and picking up a SS. either way, we shouldn't go into the season with the safeties that we have.
