Yeah that's the other thing the Texans are at least in the game still. We got straight up run off the field from the first play. Bryce was awful. The team was awful. And the people who are piling on Stroud now largely went missing for that week. Same old same old hypocritical buffoonery we've seen before.

You do remember we played them right. Bryce had 1 TD and 0 INTS with an 84 rating. And that was with TMac with his total of 4 NFL starts, Tremayne who was brought in from someones practice squad and XL with his 50% catch rate - no Coker.

Yeah, you never count on this window being open again. This ain't about CJ Stroud, it's about the Houston Texans. Even Bryce got the hook for better play than this in our shitbox organization with a crowd of idiots in charge. And that wasn't in a playoff game with an AFC championship and likely Super Bowl appearance at the end of all this. It is absolute insanity to keep attempting this.

All thanks to David Tepper. Almost nobody here even entertained the thought of moving to #1 before he pushed for it so hard and when we heard what we gave up it was a gut punch. We didn't need to do it. And everything we have done since has been about justifying it instead of building out the whole roster.

The way defenses are playing these days if you don't have a QB that is athletic enough to make teams pay with thier legs its gonna be hard to win

Nah, it's about winning the game. Not proving or disproving being "the guy." He has answered that call through 6 quarters of football with 5 fumbles(2 lost) and 5 INT's. The question has been answered. He is not the guy.

This same defense made us look like straight cheeks! Nico being out definitely doesn't help, no running game and oline is ranked with the chargers. I didn't see him doing this bad but I honestly can say I'm not too surprised via the circumstances.
