  1. Past hour
  2. I can see that. Hurney was bad bad but he did hit on more studs than just Cam in the early rounds. Beane gets credit for Allen but really he just got lucky because Allen's development easily could have gone the other way without the coaching he had.
  3. Stupid. I haven't found any more enjoyment from the 17th game, 18th is even more unnecessary.
  4. Stroud is at a career crossroads. Certainly not the first young quarterback to face such circumstances and heavy criticism. Certainly won't be the last. I must say though the knives that are out for him already with a 3-2 career playoff record at 24 years old when others have been given passes for both playing poorly and not going to the playoffs at all or losing playoff games and still being propped up by the media is an interesting look. Seems inconsistent. Anywho I guess we might as well prepare for paying our guy $30+ million a year when he couldn't complete one single pass in four downs in our stadium going up against a 37 year old QB.
  5. I feel like this is closer to Hurney. wonder where beane learned it.
  6. I’d take Bryce’s gay little lisp and meaningless fluff over everything CJ is saying right now. my god bro shut the fug up where are your friends
  7. Hey Roger, Thailand, Thailand, Thailand.... Nope. No Thailand. Must be a mistake on the schedule. Sincerely, Bob.
  8. If we need a vet QB hire a real QB coach instead of some jabroni as a favor to someone else. Other than that it should always always be about developing the possible next man up in the event of unforseen circumstances.
  9. Check out the rant by PK Subban about the culture difference between NHL and NBA. Now while this doesn't necessarily apply to the players, I think it applies to the owners. The owners are losing touch with the fans and it's becoming more about money than the people that pay to watch it. Conversely, it's why Banana Ball league become such a huge success. It's a fan driven sport that people get to immerse themselves in. Football is losing that in a hurry and owners like Kraft will keep true home grown fans away if it keeps up.
  10. These are recommendations Some are stop gaps. Some potential long term. Panthers need both 1. Chargers edge Odafe Oweh 2 chiefs linebacker Leo Chenal 3 cardinals LT Kelvin Beachum (1 year stop gap) 4 Ravens center tyler linderbuam (My comment, if he is available Let Mayes walk) 5. eagles Safety Blankenship
  11. As a Panthers fan I know what incompetence and doubling down on mistakes looks like. The Bills are fools for not just going ahead and cleaning house. Already seen that scenario play out with Fitterer. And it will end the same way for them.
  12. Ive watched every snap he has played and the dude has a howitzer CJ Bailey is noted for having impressive, "elite" arm strength with the ability to "push the ball downfield with ease," consistently completing deep shots with high yards-per-attempt, and threading tight windows with velocity, making him a modern NFL-caliber quarterback prospect with no significant arm strength concerns, per 247Sports, The Duke Chronicle, and Trinity Road Times. He's described as a "twitchy thrower" with long limbs, capable of making difficult throws under pressure and creating plays off-schedule, demonstrating both power and placement. Key Aspects of CJ Bailey's Arm Strength: Deep Ball Prowess: He ranks highly among Power Four quarterbacks for deep shot attempts, averaging significant yards per attempt, showing he can easily get the ball downfield. Velocity & Zip: He delivers throws with "requisite zip," layering the ball over defenders and hitting receivers in stride, notes Write For California. Tight Windows: Bailey successfully challenges tight windows and places the ball well, even when layering it over multiple defenders, say Write For California and 247Sports. Off-Schedule Plays: He can make throws with power and accuracy even when scrambling and creating his own space, showing advanced arm talent, notes 247Sports. In short, Bailey possesses the arm talent expected of a high-level modern quarterback, able to generate both power and touch to make all throws, say 247Sports, The Duke Chronicle, and Trinity Road Times.
  13. He has gunslinger tendencies but I am telling you, I don't see a high caliber NFL arm. It's very, very average or below.
  14. Agreed. You should always have a good #2 option that can step in for a few games and keep the ship steady. You should always be developing a #3 too. Throw a 6th or 7th at em.
  15. As somebody who attends every game, I just hate losing one of my opportunities to watch the home team.
  16. he absolutely has a nfl arm and an overall skill set but his issue is between the ears. He loses his mind quite a lot and throws a wtf type pass. He is getting better, is young and improving so I expect this year to be his coming out party
  17. This is why I think we need to be developing 2 QBs at all times. You just don't know what's going to happen and taking a vet backup is wasted time. Mahomes is now out for the majority of next season. Can you imagine if that was us and we were going into 2026 with Dalton as our starting QB just because we didn't want to try and develop a QB2. If you want vet QB presence, hire him as an assistant QB coaching water boy or whatever title is necessary to have him on the field on game day, but we should always be working on developing at least 2 on the main roster and a 3rd on the PS.
  18. How much money is enough money? Looks like the NFL is hellbent on becoming like the NBA where the league's best players consistently get hurt and miss games. People pay to watch the best players. There's no product without that. The NFL like the NBA needs to wake up and realize this is not 20 or 30 years ago. These newer generations of players outside of rare outliers will never be ironmen like previous generations. But it's all about simple greed. Out of touch elites like Robert Kraft will never learn.
  19. The LA Rams game in Sydney Australia is already happening in 2026
  20. I have seen him a few times. I don't see NFL arm.
  21. every team having an international appearance every year is almost guaranteed right now. Panthers will be the Home team in Germany once every four years in the current rotation (2028 being next). List of home game markets: Argentina: Dolphins Australia: Raiders, Rams, Eagles, Seahawks Austria: Lions, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Seahawks, Bucs Brazil: Lions, Dolphins, Pats, Eagles Canada: Bills, Bengals, Cards, Lions, Vikings, Seahawks China: Rams Colombia: Dolphins France: Saints Germany: Falcons, Panthers, Lions, Packers, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Giants, Steelers, Seahawks, Bucs Ghana: Eagles Greece: Chargers Ireland: Packers, Jags, Chiefs, Jets, Steelers, Titans Japan: Rams Mexico: Cards, Cowboys, Broncos, Texans, Chiefs, Raisers, Rams, Dolphons, Steelers, 49ers New Zealand: Raiders, Rams, Eagles, Seahawks Nigeria: Browns South Korea: Rams Spain: Bears, Chiefs, Dolphins Switzerland: Lions, Colts, Chiefs, Pats, Seahawks, Bucs UAB: Rams, 49ers, Commanders UK: Ravens, Bears, Packers, Jags, Chiefs, Dolphins, Vikings, Jets, 49ers So if we're *not* the home team, then we should keep an eye out on our road trip schedule for any of these teams and assigned home countries for potential matchups Example: if we're playing the Packers as a road trip, there's a chance that the NFL would make us play in Ireland or the UK for that matchup to align with GB's home marketing country
  22. He did say he was likely to take a good OC spot over a bad HC spot. A little surprised he didn't go Lions. That's an insane offense to have your hands on.
  23. The more they do this, the more the NFL will turn into a war of attrition. It's hard enough to keep these guys healthy for a season, much less adding another full speed, high impact game to the schedule. Another bye week and expanding the roster is going to be the only way to do it and keep people interested. It seems like half the playmakers are done for the year by week 10 anyway and the season starts getting boring. Probably why we see so many questionable/terrible calls that lead to upsets and closer divisions to keep the season somewhat interesting.
  24. League makes more money, product suffers. Many such cases
