If he is the one helping Bryce read defenses, do we really want him gone when we still lost to Tampa 48-14 close to the end of the season? Do we want him gone? I'd say no.

I fully expect us to only carry two QBs but I'd be fine with Perkins on the PS.

The thing about Perkins is it reflects tremendously on Morgan's scouting and processes.

Seriously. He was already under contract this year. Just let him play out the season and see how the knees hold up. I just don't understand why this organization is always so eager to make financial decisions that aren't pressing and need more evaluation.
