  1. Today
  2. Second thought: Brandon Miller. Not even close. But LaMelo is also a stud, as is Kon, let’s just enjoy this for now. No need for changes now. Maybe next year.
  3. And now the NFL is re-evaluating the Rooney Rule after not a single Black hire across 10 jobs. Roger Goodell is an absolute doofus. $64 million dollars to have the worst officials, worst owners, and worst players agreement in all of professional sports. Hope he writes a book on how to be a billionaire and a dipshit at the same time. I'd love that life.
  4. The guys who were ahead of him that got fired all coached at least 3 seasons.
  5. Justin Fields was invited to the Pro Bowl and turned it down. You can’t make this stuff up. https://x.com/RapSheet/status/2018494298040242631
  6. If the Cowboys pass on Styles, the Bucs will snatch him. I've seen a few Bucs fans online talking about if the Cowboys pass on Styles that he ain't dropping further than #15 past the Bucs. Saints are looking to land Bailey. That's going to suck if the Saints and Bucs draft those two guys.
  7. They have Faulk dropping out of the 1st too. That's not happening.
  8. I will never tire of seeing us draft not towards the top of the draft. And not bc of a bad trade
  9. I know what you're saying, and don't disagree. But if you told the 30 current NBA GMs they had to start a team from scratch using any Charlotte Hornet, Lamelo would be the pick 30 times, and there wouldn't even be a second thought about it. But I do love this team's balance. We haven't been this good, all over the court since the mid 90s. And yet there is part of me that knows this will all fall apart in true Hornets fashion.
  10. It's a Hubert Davis coached team. Wouldn't make sense for them to play an entire 40 minutes hard. This team either starts slow or finishes slow. I literally can't remember a game where they dominated from start to finish since Hubert took over.
  11. I feel what you're saying. Lomu was still there though and he fills the bill IMO.
  12. I don't know if Melo is the best player and I think that's a good problem to have
  13. We finished like ass. Kinda glad. Don't wanna go into Saturday's game feeling too cocky. Blowing a huge lead will give the coaches reason to ride their ass. We honestly didn't even finish that bad, Syracuse just got NBA Jams hot.
  14. Charles Lee doing Charles Lee poo with the head to head collision with our best player.
  15. No way in hell they stay healthy and don't at least pass the hawks
  16. Yea, pretty crazy this is the same team that beat Tennessee and took Houston to the wire. Really good showing for Carolina, in what could've been a look ahead game with Dook looming. Will be going into Saturday with some good momentum.
  17. Max Iheanachor is my guy after the Senior Bowl. Dude completely dominated and has the potential to be a franchise LT. had a great season too. I’d rather go 1st round OT. 2nd round LB. Sign Leo Chanel as well
  18. Not sure if busting up a team that appears to be fully gelled when healthy makes sense. Maybe move Sexton since he's on an expiring, (fairly) cheap contract for a late 1st or early 2nd. But the second you deal Sexton, Lamelo will get hurt, and we'll be stuck with Sion James playing PG. I'd stand pat, let this team prove themselves and Lee prove himself. Like I said earlier in this thread, if this team stays moderately healthy and doesn't make the playoffs, blow the entire thing up starting with Lee.
  19. Wwe has its highs and lows for me, right now it's dipping and isn't a thing I'm interested enough to watch every week.. but hopefully going into Wrestlmania season it will pick up..
  20. I don’t see how Fandual/Main Street Sports survives this. The Atlanta Braves are a huge source of income and they’re leaving the network. And those of us who subbed to Fandual Sports-South to watch Braves and Canes aren’t going to pay $20 a month with no Braves games during baseball season. https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/Articles/2026/02/02/sources-all-nine-mlb-teams-officially-leaving-main-street-nba-and-nhl-in-holding-pattern/
  21. I agree the trenches are critical, but after Mauigoa and Fano, any OT at 19 would be a huge reach. Get another playmaker for Bryce. It will do more to prove if he's here beyond the rookie contract and will also prove if Canales is here beyond next year. He's supposedly an offensive genius, time to prove it, and a barely average, rookie OT isn't going to help his case. Go look how lost Will Campbell looked in almost every game, and New England managed to win 17 of them thanks to Josh McDaniel and their QB. No doubt OT needs to have natural talent and athleticism, but there is ALOT you can coach into a lineman to get more out of them with later round guys. Versus a skill position where speed, size, and hands are premiums in the first round that you can't match in late rounds unless you get lucky. Our front office and scouting department have never been lucky.
