It's not twisting anything. Bryce needs to take the next step, which I said in so many words, but whether he will or not is anyone's guess right now. If he does, he'll be secure, if he doesn't then he won't be. Moreover, having his seemingly annual slow start is not really indicative of someone taking the next step. This is the season to improve, if he doesn't, then we will be looking to upgrade.

Oh also a note, he took less money to stay at Arizona... Quite a bit actually. UNC was prepared to make him the highest paid coach in mens basketball. But Arizona fixed the three biggest issues and why he was seriously considering leaving. Staff funds, nil funds and no longer having to report to the AD.

Proctor wouldn't be a reach based on the draft grades or any big board or prodoect ranking. His grade is essentially the same grade as Sadiq. Im not specifically pushing for him just using the resources we have access to understand generally perceived value.
