  1. Past hour
  2. Thought Cam Jackson might make that list. Happy with what I’ve seen from Ransom. And love his idea for his cele. Heard someone say on a podcast, “watch Ransom is going to become their Kurt Coleman”. Can’t remember the podcast. Maybe Processing blue with mike kaye or something.
  3. A player like Micah Parsons ain't falling off trees. Just saying. In my opinion, NFL aficionados and fans use the term "generational" too generously, but I think that most people will agree that Parsons is in fact generational, so in my mind two firsts is a fair price to pay. Strike while the iron is hot, coach up your young talent, draft smart and play free agency like a Stradivarius, and you can find yourself among the competitive teams in the league, if not be an elite one over time.
  4. Well, we didn't have 1st team/starters on either side of the ball make bottom five rankings. Could be because they did not play . . .
  5. No I'm telling you that they answered and have been talking about a trade for the last two days and AT is being moved and the compensation for him is a day 3 pick from Minny. The trade is nearly done already. lol
  6. Moehrig basically straight up said during his 2nd half sideline interview that Ransom should be the other starting safety. The reporter asked for his feedback on the situation and Ransom was the only name he mentioned saying that he'd been looking great and doing everything he needs to do.
  7. What!? KB is going to be in the hall of fame i have no doubt in my mind about that. Check back with me 10 years and ill have crow ready to eat for ya.
  8. Worst of the offense 22. WR Hunter Renfrow: 46.3 23. QB Jack Plummer: 44.4 24. LT Brandon Walton: 44.3 25. LG Chandler Zavala: 41.1 26. RT Michael Tarquin: 41.0 Plummer was not as reliable as Perkins. He connected on just seven of his 14 throws for 48 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Walton and Tarquin allowed six pressures apiece. Worst of the defense 23. S Trevian Thomas: 46.8 24. DL Jaden Crumedy: 45.6 25. CB Tre Swilling: 36.6 26. S Isaac Gifford: 32.1 27. ILB Bam Martin-Scott: 30.1 Gifford was saddled with a team-worst 31.0 coverage grade. He allowed two receptions for 53 yards on two targets. https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2025/08/22/panthers-preseason-pff-grades-steelers/85775158007/?taid=68a899e3c707a60001ecb1fb&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=twitter
  9. By the end of 2029, he should have passed Moore's 5,201 and be sitting only behind Smitty, Moose, and Olsen. EDIT: realized you might have meant this as 4th overall, some of the other posts were just about rankings among WRs and excluding TEs and RBs
  10. You're going to be changing your username to PleaseCutT-Mac by Year 3. I'll change mine to "ShouldHaveTakenWarren".
  11. Good, tell them to kick rocks for that. It's that simple. You don't trade your best receiver in a year where you are pushing for the playoffs, with two young guys as your up and comers. Adam's value is on the field and off, and no one can replace that. You trade that away in Week 9 if you find yourself 2-6. Not before the year starts.
  12. and so did Perkins. I want him for QB3 and QB2 in the near future. Edgar Salmingo, Jr. ✌ @PanthersAnalyst · 2h PFF's highest-graded #Panthers on offense for preseason game 3 v. the Steelers: (min: 15 snaps) QB Bryce Perkins - 79.5 TE Dominque Dafney - 73.7 RB Emani Bailey - 71.1 WR David Moore - 69.4 RB Raheem Blackshear - 65.0
  13. Edgar Salmingo, Jr. ✌ @PanthersAnalyst · 2h PFF's highest-graded #Panthers on defense for preseason game 3 v. the Steelers: (min: 10 snaps) S Lathan Ransom - 84.7 LB Krys Barnes - 84.3 OLB Princely Umanmielen - 72.4 DL Jared Harrison-Hunte - 71.8 OLB Thomas Incoom - 71.3
  14. He might be 4th on our list before year 3 if he is good
  15. I sure hope so. He's at best a disappointment if he's not.
  16. KB was on his way, but the combo of tearing his ACL and losing his mom was just too much. I don't think he had the mental makeup to be great for long, but I can imagine a universe where he had a David Boston type career where he was dominant for a brief period before weight issues and injuries derailed him.
  17. He and Shedeur both looked better than Bryce has. I'm not sold on Cam Ward. He's got some bad, bad footwork problems. Dude will make some wow plays but he will also make some wow mistakes this year. His footwork reminds me a lot of Cam's and that was never his strong suit, and why he failed after his shoulder injury.
  18. Morgan and Canales haven't even been around long enough to credibly decide whether or not their moves have been boneheaded. At least give it another season.
  19. So basically, T-Mac is going to be our 4th leading WR of all time before he's even eligible for his first extension. Actually just looked and if he stays healthy and is the player I expect him to be, he'll be Top 5 amongst WRs in Rec, Yards, and TDs before he's extension eligible. 176 Rec, 2424 yards, and 19 TDs are the 5th best all time for our WRs, there is a legitimate chance he beats all of them by the end of his 2nd season, but at worst should pass all of them during his 3rd.
  20. "Signing" is one thing but you wouldn't be signing them. You'd have to trade for them. Parsons isn't gonna get moved for anything less than an absolute king's ransom. The last time an elite pass rusher was traded during his prime was Khalil Mack and he fetched the Raiders two 1sts, a 3rd, and a 6th.
  21. And even more embarrassing is that 5th on our list is Kelvin "I'm so fat I weigh more than offensive linemen" Benjamin
  22. Sometimes I sit back and marvel at what a freaking miracle was. The patient was dead, the funeral was being arranged, and he just came back to life a little bit.
  23. I disagree. That five year difference in age makes all the difference in the world. I'm all for signing Parsons (which is still simply a hypothetical), but Hendrickson not so much. But that being said, I don't see a signing as predicative of, or equal to, a "sellout" or a sacrifice. Just my opinion, but if a front office can't maneuver around big signings by drafting well or otherwise making smart acquisitions (even those that are sometimes outside the box), then they need to be replaced.
  24. I mean that’s fair. Also Andy just couldn’t stay healthy. he’s about my age and I get it.
