Charlotte is a young team and a city full transplants, even when they're winning it's hard to combat the bigger fanbases. Hornets are a big ticket these days and I still heard MVP chants from Boston fans over my TV.

Does anyone know if popular chants like Go Pack Go and and J-E-T-S are prompted or do they happen organically? There's definitely Cam erasure going on but I don't buy that Tepper is phasing out the slogan while still opening every home game with it. He's coming from a Steelers organization with a deep fan culture and he just bought a soccer team where crowd chants happen naturally by and large.

Fitterer is making deals for the guys Rhule wants and he's doing great.

Robby is probably his closest friend on the team. If he lost him it's not looking good for Sam.

We have to suck over a sustained period to get to that point. I don't believe the guys are nearly as reactionary week in and out as we are as fans. Morale/momentum shifts happen during games though most definitely. I think DJ checked out last week because the game had pulled away from them and Sam kept putting him in danger. I don't know how you can blame Robbys sudden case of butterfingers on low morale, plus he loves Rhule. And I think they're just being increasingly cautious with every CMC injury now.

Deal includes multiple 1st round picks, mid round picks, and starters. It will not be three first round picks from what I am told. Eagles also could be involved. Wild stuff going down today. Things need to be ironed out within the realm of the trade as well as a planned presser, but he thinks we have the winning bid as of this morning. Have been up all night waiting for the news.
