You always try to win. If it's proven the group they have can't manage to win with the guys they have, tank. PJ's the last option on the roster who has won a game for the team, so if he doesn't work out, to me it's tank city.

Thing I worry about is we might be underestimating what a mess the Bucs are right now.

Maybe that’s true but I think the injury ended up being the main reason Bozeman didn’t get the starting job. Maybe Rhule would have still chosen Elflein but I can’t fault him for starting the guy who has been here a couple years over the new guy at least at first. Rhule did many worse things than this decision.

Hindsight is 20/20 (or as Cam would say, 50/50), but yes given how awful Tepper has been I would say yes. Navarro had ties to the Carolinas and football experience in his family.

I don't know why you guys stay connected to these players....sure he's a good player, not great. But this team has STUNK with this current collection of guys. I know coaching has been absolutely atrocious and that's a big reason, but a new coaching staff is going to want to bring in their own players anyway. If the Panthers can get a haul for Burns, YOU TAKE IT. There will be a new collection of talented players to cheer for, hopefully a group that wins.
