Daniel Jeremiah 2026 NFL mock draft 1.0
Swaggasaurus replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
It’s apparent you have never watched LT Overton play or you just don’t care about sacking the QB. -
I doubt you trade back and get Freeling. These draft boards are largely built during the season. Not many expected Freeling to come out and he only has 16 starts. Tons of buzz this week and is only going to skyrocket from here. Once these ranking get finalized after the combine and PRO days I think he’s the 3rd OT picked after Mauigoa and Fano, may even supplant Fano.

3 will. Scott is a Nickel only, back half of Round 2 should be the soonest he goes.
-
My biggest concern with Romello is that he’s a douche who played for 4 different schools. As a player tho, he gives you exactly what Princely gives you. Don’t see a reason to have both on this team
-
It’s always a weak draft, next year is always better according to the draftniks. This is a weak draft for QB, WR, and TE. Theres only a few true LT. RB and DB are average. It’s a good class for the rest of the Oline, Dline, Edge, and LB.

I think Banks would be a fit, McDonald too, Hunter is a monster as well. I just can’t see this team continuing to invest in these 3 down lineman with a first round pick. Derrick Brown and Wharton have big contracts. Bobby Brown has a decent one even if we let AShawn go. At some point you have to invest in people who can sack and volume tackle. You have to have people who actually make plays.

With the Icky injury and Moton needing an heir apparent

Monroe Freeling is another that’s going to have his stock rise at tackle. Only 16 career starts, a lot less tape than some of the others, but that also means not a finished product. -
Very intrigued how Morgan and Canales handle the offseason

It’s because they aren’t sexy picks and they make those picks for bad teams, like us, because they don’t know our roster composition. You don’t continue to pour your high end resources on a 3 man front. -

I think if you go OT it has to be someone who is proven to play on the left. At pick 20 you might have Lomu or Proctor there. Lomu has great feet, will he handle the power of the NFL? Proctor has the power, does he have the agility to stay at tackle? -
Carolina Panthers pick No. 19-2026 NFL Draft
Swaggasaurus replied to PantherBoy95's topic in Carolina Panthers
I’m a huge fan of his and a believer in him. Could see a slide because I think he’ll measure under 6’2”. There’s also going to be a ton of talk about fit. 4-3 end, 3T, or what I believe 3-4 standup rusher. I also don’t know how he’ll test. He has amazing explosiveness in his lower body, but I don’t know how well he’ll fly in the vert or broad because his body is uniquely dense. -
As someone who has not liked Bryce throughout the season…
Swaggasaurus replied to LegioX's topic in Carolina Panthers
You definitely pickup the option. Bryce has shown enough to be at least a hang around 12 year journeyman. And there is value in that, it’s not a diss. -
Chargers. Don’t ever sass me again.
-
This site always has it wrong. The ref screw job for this team was Carl Cheffers in the playoff game vs. San Francisco. Also Cam’s shoulder was fuged after a TACKLE attempt following an INT against the CHARGERS. TJ Watt not found in that exchange.

I got a fever. And the only cure, is more Princely.
Swaggasaurus replied to TylerDurden's topic in Carolina Panthers
Princely hasn’t been very good on defense. He falls A LOT. Had a good run stop against TB tho. Has been a plus special teamer as well. Needs to get functionally stronger to have an impact on defense and maybe try to wrap up when he tackles. -

Walker was embarrassed by Shough 1 on 1 yesterday. He’s been getting that ass beat in the run game the last few weeks too. -
This tells me that Brady Christensen is really good and Austin Corbett is really bad. Icky-Lewis-Mays-Christensen-Moten was our best lineup this year. We’ve pussed out every week that Corbett has played.
