  1. They can't blow it dead and then change it to a loss!!
  2. After first half of most important game in years: Tampa OL pushing our D Line back enough that their RB has several yards before being disturbed =Yorkies Tampa DL pushing out O Line beck into backfield. - Poodles Tampa may need to call a TO during a play because Baker and WR running around undisturbed long enough that they get tired. - Dogs chasing their own tails Tet drops ball / Leggette stops jogging on route - dachsunds Our guys keep falling, Bucs look like playing on dry field. - Pugs Jackson giving 15 yard cushion - but gets there in enough time to run his mouth and get 15 yard penalty. - yapping dog / Chihuahua Mayfield is impossible to tackle - dogs with seeing eye owners Real dawgs - German Shepherds, Pit Bulls. Rottweilers - Derrick Brown (we already had him) / Rico Dowdle (but not in first half) / Maybe Sirr Purr - cat with size and looks of dog
  3. Real question - what is slower - baker running or a Bryce lollipop pass?
  4. We simply cannot tackle Mayfield. Hope he doesn't start returning kicks.
  5. That was pretty strong I thought - almost 50 feet high before the defender fair caught the INT.
  6. That would be the classic jinx. If we need a game winning FG, please don't share how Fitzgerald doesn't miss.
  7. After baker tackled his own guy, us using him as DE on scout team makes more sense.
  8. I knew we should have drafted Aquaman when we had the chance - he'd be decent in this weather.
  9. Not so sure. We can't tackle Irving and Rico been going down as soon as he gets tagged with two hands.
  10. Evidently. Tampa didn;t do tape study to know we can't stop 3rd and long
  11. Mayfield tackles back behind line - hope we were paying attention
  12. Another chance to tackle and get off field but we don't stop first down
  13. I'm sure itb was a mirage but looked like we tackled "super Bucky" in the backfield
  14. Mayfield has enough time to do his taxes while surveying for open WR
  15. Can't tackle Bucky Irvin. Tez Johnson @ 165 lbs. pushing defenders back before going down. We're softest team in league
  16. Who would have thought that Legette would run a lazy route and end our first drive? Hope the possum sandwich business works out because he's definitely working his way out of the dependable receiver rotation.
  17. No sign of resistance from the D - if they don't fix it then it's a long day. Bucky Irvin looks like Earl Campbell, Reminds me of my confusion as to why teams are interested in Evero.
  18. Bucs getting several yards before contact - if that's not fixed we best get our Falcons gear out and hope someone can help us accomplish something we can't do ourselves.
  19. Likely irrelevant. Bryce may be due for a decent game but even if he pulls that off we still have to overcome poor in game adjustments, erratic bench decisions for timeouts/challenges, etc. My guess would be that we play the Bucs close and feel like we could/should have won but some of the same things that have plagued us all year will keep us from breaking .500. Then, the Saints will complete their string on mainly only winning games that cause us grief. Bryce will likely have a decent enough game that we go with him again next year and then have a 2026 repeat of close to .500 record but unable to move forward to playoffs because we shoot ourselves in the foot. If I had to "second guess" it would be that Tampa, like other teams have, will push us all over the field and it will never be close. That may allow us to take a more careful look at the future but won't help us this year.
  20. If you include the coaching staff, I think this team is our "dunce" since inception. My opinion would include the times the running game was shut down - not by opponents, but by our staff. I would add in careless use of timeouts, ridiculous penalties in some of the losses (do we ever practice lining up onsides?), and especially when we showed our defense to the Saints in plenty of time for them to make an adjustment during the Timeout and call a play to defeat the scheme.
  21. I'd probably say yes - primarily because when Burns messed up he just overran the QB again - he missed making a game changing play. Horn - at least the last few games - has really hurt us with penalties, dropped INT, and getting beat regularly when the other team needed a first down or a score.
  22. To me, every time he's around the ball it is an adventure. Will he catch it? Juggle then catch? Drop it? Will he get YAC? I thought he was supposed to be a man's man but he goes down like it's two hand tag. I'm afraid he'll run too far out of bounds, hit a cheerleader, then be on IR for a while. Seems like a great guy, someone you'd want to be around - he plays that way too - I think he's having a great time and chooses enjoyment over winning.
