    You missed a major point about them, all of the coaches you listed have championship resumes. They all won National Titles and Conference Champions. Rhule barely sniffed a bowl game win in college.

    They're done. Could get a W at the end of the season when they're playing a playoff team resting their starters.

    Unfortunately they may have missed their opportunity, the past few years there were a lot better candidates when they were in the market. Plenty of retreads available but this team needs a offensive coach who understands this is the NFL and has experience in the NFL.

    Rhule's problem is his ego, he refuses to adapt to the league and change his ideology. Some concepts stay in college for a reason. I don't see this team progressing until he does that.
