  1. I’d take Uzomah, tremble and a rookie. Still time to cut Ian Thomas. Uzomah isn’t flashy but he is a good tight end. Jets let him go because they had given him a fat contract and also signed Conklin. Grab 2 WRs in the draft to go w DJ and AT and we are cooking.
  2. Sounds like 10x the production that DJ Johnson will ever have
  3. Extend now before he drives his price up again
  4. That defense could be scary with Quinn.
  5. Someone called this in another thread. number one question: will fans still use the “Luuuuuuuuuke” chant every time a white guy tackles someone.
  6. Sure. Prob going to need some stop-gap vets on 1-2 yr contracts just to plug holes.
  7. Barret to dolphins. id take Dupree in a heartbeat. I Always felt like he was solid.
  8. It would be kind of like Adam Thielen except at a position where the age-related decline is even steeper. Signing old RBs is dumb.
  9. Ravens should target him but I saw they are interested in Henry.
  10. Comp pick maybe!?!? umm, set up perfectly for BPA in the draft!?
  11. I mean, literally anyone from this gd website can hit at a higher rate. Anyone. Throw a god damn dart. Anyone.
  12. Cj Uzomah, Calvin Ridley, a center, like 4 edge rushers, a few linebackers, at least one safety, like 2 corners, a good rb, probably a diesel nose tackle, another wr….
  13. DJ Johnson is literally the worst pick the panthers ever made. Worse than pickles. Worse than Armanti…. Okay maybe not worse than armanti. Worse than a long snapper in the 4th. Man I hate this team.
  14. I’d take CJ Uzomah. But of course I would have done that after cutting Ian Thomas; not extending him.
  15. Or Morgan has a very specific idea on what a LB should be and lacks the ability to look beyond that. oh well, who needs play makers on defense when we have Ian Thomas locked up for more years.
  16. Ridley should def be a target. Morse? Sure. I’d go after Uzomah too. Thomas should be cut. There are plenty of spots that we can improve without blowing our load on improving one single spot with a flashy name.
  17. First attempt. Took a few reasonable trades. Need to find a later round CB to slide in there, mid round rb would be nice too.
  18. Agree. There are ALWAYS very good interior linemen available in mid rounds. I’d go bpa and draft line if it shakes out that way but I wouldn’t force it knowing you can land an eventual starter in the third or fourth.
  19. Only running back I recall seeing handle a football as far away from his body as possible like he was Allen Iverson doing a crossover.
  20. More career fumbles than TDs “special” but man that run against Philly and that pose against NE were iconic.
  21. Get rid of everyone except Mingo. We can afford to pay the premium it would take to make a premier WR want to consider our shitty team and shitty offense. Huddle is always hilarious when it comes to landing WRs in the off season. “Why don’t we just trade for Chase, and Jefferson and sign Evans and Higgins?” I’d sign Dortch or Ritchie James as a cheap slot guy. They both do just fine when they get playing time. I would sign Ridley. He is good enough to be a WR1 on a team and might go under the radar with a hand full of other bigger names in FA. Throw a draft pick at one and hope we land someone talented for once.
  22. That’s what I came to say. I am hoping that he has his offensive staff and doesn’t have a defensive staff. I don’t know how you could look at the job that Evero did past season, and really hope for much more. I mean, after all, we did shut his very own offense down there at the end. He has to know firsthand what this defense is about.
  23. If we were earmarking any money to use on a future Horn extension, we can go ahead and use that on Burns. One guy is in on every play, the other can’t run down a football field. Bright side is that maybe we get more chances to see CJ Henderson grab, tug, hold and get toasted play after play!
