  1. Teddy is a way better QB than this guy. Our offense wasn't this hapless last season. We actually did the ball just couldn't score enough Redzone TD's. This offense is a top 3 pick in the draft level bad.
  2. 3 points at the half. I wonder what excuses our "gunslinger" fans have for this game. If Rhule doesn't bring PJ out to start after half, I completely lost faith in this staff to be anything but bottom feeders.
  3. The Giants went into the Superdome and beat the Saints that's hard to do under any circumstance. They were missing both of their starting WR's. Not sure why it would be a shock for them to beat us at their home. With the way our offense is playing game is going to be close regardless, so game could go either way.
  4. I'm sorry but if I'm starting a team with 2 players imho I'm taking prime Julius Peppers and a prime Steve Smith over a prime Newton and prime Kuechly
  5. He's also one of the quickest at getting the ball out his hands, so that alone can help an oline.
  6. I'll take Derek Carr in a heartbeat, his situation feels similar to Matthew Stafford languishing all those years in Detroit.
  7. I'm go with Rivera. In 2013 we won 10 or 11 games in a row. 2015 we won 15 in a row. We never had that type of sustained win streaks with Fox in a given season. I feel like injury to Steve Smith in 2004 derailed us from back 2 back winning seasons with Fox. I think Gettleman derailed our back 2 back winning season with Rivera in 2014 by gutting our entire receiving corp and depleting the secondary.
  8. Half of these guys were talking up our weapons last season and have Teddy's week arm was holding the offense back. This season now everybody sucks and is holding Sam back.
  9. Ahh the Sam has no weapons trope has followed him from New York to Carolina I see.
  10. 2020 season of the two units the offense was the better of two. They decided to blow that up for some reason. Now this season the defense is by in far the better unit. So they took a step forward with the defense and a step backwards with the offense. About the same. Alot of questionable decisions in year 2.
  11. Donald hasn't done anything in his career to show he's a better Qb than Teddy. The offense was much more dynamic last season, as you couldn't key in on one player. Once defenses started blanketing Moore this season the offense went kaput. We sucked in the redzone last season. We're better this season but way less opportunities down there. Teddy's offense was much more efficient and took what the defense gave us and that kept us in alot of games even when overmatched. This years offense is too dependent on someone beating their guy making a great play, not efficient at all. That could work if we had Steve Smith in his prime, but we don't. It was a lateral move at best to bring Sam here, for what he brings with arm talent he negates that with poor decision making. Donald will make a splash play here or there whereas you can see he's talented but he's also reckless with the ball. All in all this offense has taken a step backwards from last season to anybody with good eyes to see. If they would have just stayed pat on offense with the improved play of the defense this team would be in a much better spot.
  12. And they can't blame it on the oline he had all the time in the world back there and was dancing with happy feet seeing ghost.
  13. Whatever it is, it must be the illegal type if they think Sam was good today. He had a good drive at the end. And a horrible 3 1/2 quarters before that.
  14. Some guys seem to get some great breaks without actually having to earn them. What did he do to earn that extension.
  15. I love when arrogance blows up in people faces, just hate it had to be at the expense of my favorite team. What a dumb, arrogant, decision to dump Bridgewater after 1 season after orchestrating a offense that saw career seasons from Moore, Anderson, Samuel. Now this offense looks like the post Delhomme pre Newton Panthers. Rhule and Brady are starting to look like clowns. We look like the Jets of the last few seasons but with way more talent. PJ Walker's only start last season looks better than what we've been getting from Sam these last couple of weeks. May need to give it shot otherwise time to start talking draft.
  16. You know they gotta save face, they ran a competent QB out of here, and then traded picks to acquire Sam. We riding this QB to a top ten draft pick. So enjoy the ride.
  17. Absolutely not, all the big plays are coming on them.
  18. How did offense go from the stronger unit just a season ago. To not just the weakest unit, but one of the weakest units we've ever fielded. With the talent we have. What a difference a year makes.
  19. "This is an 8-8 league until your Qb throws 6 ints the last 8 quarters possibly 7 had the linebacker not dropped it."
  20. Teddy Bridgewater made their offense look somewhat competent last season and then they threw him under the bus. And now we get to watch Phil Snow and this defense get squandered by a Pickles (esque) looking offense.
