there's the old Bryce for ya. had more than enough time there to throw it away, let alone not take a sack AND fumble.
-
3 snaps, 0 touches

no idea who this thompkins dude is but I like him. when are we gonna see Brooks??
-
dude we really were missing Thielen all the time he was out. he's our best receiver easily
-
this is Mahomes' "get right" game isn't. he's going for 400+ yards, 5 TDs and no turnovers
-
stupid penalty fugs up what was a great drive. zero chance of winning this game with FGs lol
-
Bryce looks good early anyways.
-
we will have to win in a shootout. shades of Mahomes/Reid - Goff/McVay battle years ago except instead it's Bryce Young/Canales...

Dan Morgan has the chance to do the funniest thing

possible, although Dak's presence makes Rodgers going there much less likely. -

He will go team up with Belichick somewhere and they’ll win a Super Bowl, the league wants the Brady Belichick debates to go on until the end of time and Rodgers brings in fans and haters like no one else in the league right now -
Serious Thoughts Fellas What numbers would Bryce..

He isn’t even capable of putting the numbers I’d like to see in a game let alone on a consistent basis. Dude just doesn’t have it -

21+ TDs under 5 picks, 2000+ yards and minimum 7.5ypa -
obviously, and I alluded to that. doesn't change the fact that kickers have way more pressure than just about any other position and those situations are where they really earn their paychecks. I like Eddy and hope we can get into those situations and he makes the big kicks. But having not seen it yet I'm not going to consider him a top tier kicker. He gets an "incomplete" evaluation, through no fault of his own but that's what it is.

I mean, they absolutely 100% are. 9-1 with the only loss being a very close game on the road against another juggernaut in a game where 1 or 2 plays go differently and they could've easily won. They're coasting through the regular season like they did last year and still have the best record in the league. Anything can happen in this league but the safe money is on the Chiefs blowing us out badly.
-
He's reliable and I have no complaints but as others have pointed out his range is limited especially compared to other extremely accurate guys like Tucker, Butker who do have the range. Also, we have never seen him in the playoffs/real high pressure situations. He's had some kicks that were important in the context of a single game but not one that was actually important in the long run at all, not surprising with the team being trash and all games winding up being meaningless and not something he can control but still something we need to see from him before I'm all that confident in him being a top kicker in the league.

Other games 11/17, got some good ones today

Chiefs could essentially clinch a bye today by winning with a Ravens win -
Can something be done about this referee bias against the Panthers?
t96 replied to Shocker's topic in Carolina Panthers
Will go to my grave still saying this. Turning point of the game was that call and the play right after it. We had momentum before that poo call and the strip sack -
fug Tepper, seriously such a dirtbag

Best and worst PFF grades from Panthers' Week 10 win over Giants
t96 replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
PFF sells themselves as being some super objective data based evaluation science but in reality it is extremely subjective and varies significantly based on who there is grading each player. And I don’t believe they really take into account the play calls/design. It’s an interesting piece of information but I still prefer the eye test. Which honestly it does usually sync up with but not always. I think in 2013 they ranked Luke as being average or some nonsense. -
Look I'm glad he's improving but yeah it's incredibly obvious just how low the bar was set by his play last year and before the benching this year because even in these 2 wins he flat out has not even been an average QB and the team won in spite of him against bad teams. I think what Bryce defenders (can't believe there are any at this point) don't understand is nearly every single Panthers fan would love for the dude to turn it around and be a franchise QB who can lead this team to a SB win. The reality for everyone with eyes and brain watching though is he's not the guy, is nowhere even remotely close to being the guy and wasting any more time on trying to make him the guy will set this team back even further. With Dalton hurt of course we had to go back to Bryce but I'm pretty damn confident in saying he's not in our future plans and won't be barring a miracle true turn around in his level of play. Even like 5-6 more wins the rest of the season wouldn't do it unless he balls out in them -- which, color me skeptical.

Such a waste of a great talent here man. Ughhh

I think the decision to fire him has been made but he will last the season while they tank.
