Waiting for a recession to stop the developers building on every square inch of land around me that should never be developed because of flooding issues. Planning board says " we made the developer promise to do a hundred year flood plan". Problem is, it now floods with all the storms and impervious surface development every 2 years.

bra .................. A musician had a brain tumor removed in Italy this week in a nine-hour surgery that he spent not only awake and fully conscious, but playing his saxophone. The 35-year-old male patient had the procedure at Rome's Paideia International Hospital on Monday and was discharged early Thursday morning. Dr. Christian Brogna, a neurosurgeon and expert in awake surgery, told CBS News the tumor was removed successfully, and that there were no negative impacts on the patient. Brogna led a highly specialized 10-member international team for the procedure, using state-of-the-art technology. "The tumor was located in a very, very complex area of the brain," said Brogna. "Moreover, the patient is left-handed. This makes things more complicated because the neural pathways of the brain are much more complicated." The doctor said his patient, who has been identified only as C.Z., played the theme song from the 1970 movie "Love Story," and the Italian national anthem, at various times throughout the surgery. Which makes me wonder why anyone has hope or optimism when things really haven't been upgraded. Wilks is a place holder unless some sort of actual supernatural miracle occurs.
-
I am happy for those who are optimistic. But you can not make chicken salad from chickenshit, and that is currently the state of this team top to bottom. A total dumpster fire. Enjoy the game this Sunday you optimistic and hopeful folks. It looks to be a beautiful day here on Sunday and I will not be wasting it on this year's version of my favorite professional sports team. I may tune in for a minute or two later in the game to get some laughs.

Paa Langfart replied to Paa Langfart's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah, I can't say I was thrilled with the Fitterer- Quinn comment either. however it would probably be an upgrade to either Rhule or Rivera. -
