This guy on twitter put together all of Mingo's routes up until now. Its a 5 minute long video without commentary. I don't think Mingo is struggling after watching that, but he does look like a rookie.

Yep I think you hit the nail on the head here. Our FO is no longer trying to make the best team possible. Now its all about covering their own asses to try and salvage as much of their ego as possible.

I hear you and it sucks. but first thing we need to do is get some talent around bryce. we will unfortunately have to sacrifice what defensive progress we've made to do that. Blame Fit for not doing anything with the CMC return and wasting so many assets.

Tepper very clearly has no issue opening his wallet. Our current staff is very overpaid, something the team media let us all know. Tepper needs to listen to the experts and hes not.

Tom Dundon runs the Hurricanes this way and is hugely successful. The biggest reason why they are and we arent is that Dundon listens to his advisors and its looking like Tepper is not.

Everything that could go wrong with the offense, is going wrong. The issue I have with Reich and other conservative schemes is its predicated on never making mistakes. Rivera has the same issue. His scheme cant compensate for playing from behind. I dont understand how these philosophies were ever useful.

I'm unwilling to blame Bryce simply because Frank's offense is so prehistoric it should be carbon dated.

So it seems weve hired the offensive version of John Fox. His playcalling seems very outdated for the modern NFL. Until Reich turns over playcalling this is gonna be a very long season. Bryce is gonna look bad until he gives it up, I feel bad for him.
