the problem with Bryce Young even if you fix his footwork & change the offense he still CANNOT throw the ball deep with accuracy CANNOT run the ball due to his size & speed & then more importantly to avoid the possible risk of injury CANNOT operate the offense from under center due to his height nor step up in the pocket & deliver the ball at the last second while all at the same time taking a big hit in the process & has a weak arm which in turn decreases the amount of velocity on the ball making it easier for these elite defensive backs to get a read on the ball if Bryce Young throws for 300 plus yards against a defense this year well that will tell you 2 things ... A) that team has a really bad secondary B) & an even worse defensive coordinator

wait a minute I thought we hired a head coach who was supposed to be some type of Qb whisperer who could practically work miracles with Qbs & then he does not start the Qb 1 in the first preseason game which is like a WTF moment that makes no real good logical sense ? & then instead turns around & starts his Qb3 who went out there last night & had one of if not the worse performances of any Qb so far in the preseason yeah it's still early but still...just saying

& what do all those teams at the bottom of the list or let-s say ranking have in common well they all have elite franchise Qbs Carolina on the other hand just think they have a franchise Qb & with the right players & coach will perform at an elite level

the Panthers ŵere absolutely & no other word for it but crazy not to draft a latter round Qb if for nothing than more than to push Bryce Young in camp & make him earn the starting job & the same thing can be said about the center position in the 2nd round when instead we decided to add an injured RB to a loaded RB rotation trulty evaluating talent has nothing to with how much you study how smart you might think you are how much money you have like Tepper or just because you used to play yourself.no scouting talent is a gift from the maker either you have an eye for it or you don't it's much like a musician yeah studying will help to some extent of course but that will never mean that musician will is or will become an audio savant just because he is smart & studies all the time my point being we have the wrong people evaluating talent & as of right now we have very little talent to speak of because of it
