  1. So we're to page 6 and we've got forum critique, specific poster critique, mod critique, thread critique, fan critique, and some Cam critique. I love you all. Football starts this weekend. Get some! I couldn't make it long into the video mainly because I don't want to waste my time but do love the guy. Hope he finds something cool to do moving forward.
  2. Zeke is an extremely boring RB and overrated. I feel like I watch him run into brick wall after brick wall then he'll bust out a 20-30 yarder every once and a while. Then with the volume, he looks like he does well but he's like the Matt Stafford of RBs. All volume, no proof of success with him.
  3. Surprised Derrick Brown and DJ aren't captains. Could've seen those two over JJ and Paradis so every position group is repped. That Auburn locker room LOVED DB him so figured he'd transition into a vet type quicker than most. Maybe next year!
  4. Our old boy Greg Van Roten is their starting RG and they have Vera-Tucker as a rookie LG. We should have little excuse to stuff their run game and force Wilson to beat us with his passing. So then the big matchup is Corey Davis v. Jaycee Horn. Which leaves potential for Elijah Moore to burn us a bit with Bouye on his suspension and Jackson being on Cole. Defense wise, I only remember they have Mosley, Maye, & Quinnen. They are starting 2 rookie linebackers and a rookie CB. There's no excuse to lose to these chumps IMO. We better look good with our weaponry and defensive playmakers.
  5. If they aren't quite ready, I get it, but they should have had acquired a more solid starter in front if they're willing to sit a top-70 pick to ease into things. They took out Daley at LG and brought in Pat Elflein who has had a poor career in two separate cities with fanbases who were immensely frustrated by him. I can be sold on Erving because he's had average to sometimes above average stints a multiple spots but Elflein was just weird for me. He's been average to awful at both center and LG. And now Daley is going into week one on his more uncomfortable side to the right, with a promising rookie behind him and a huge sore in Elf on the left that will make Paradis look worse. It's a domino effect and the LG-Elf, C-Paradis, RG-Daley seems super off considering the talent we have. But I'm willing to have their abilities and coaching speak for themselves. Will wait and see I guess but it seems really turned around. Erving-Daley-Paradis-Brown-Moton would be my preference. There's a reason they're keeping Christensen away right now so I'm willing to wait on that but not for long.
  6. Carson Strong QB Nevada top R1 target. Even if Darnold performs okay for us, this kid is going to be special. Surprisingly going #1 overall in a lot of mocks already. I just love everything I see and read on him.
  7. Yeah that response confused me, so the recap: Rhule is vacc'd Miller was not, and contracted covid this week Daley is starting but Rhule did confirm Brown is the next man up in the presser Elflein still sucks
  8. Who would have thought R6 guard is starting over a R3 T/G. They're really easing Brady into things
  9. Rhule confirmed in the presser today DEONTE is up next. Boiiiiii
  10. Carson Strong is also one of the guys to watch out for. His deep ball & accuracy is a thing of beauty. He's got the size, needs to develop quicker progressions but leading Nevada over Cal AT Berkeley. Could be the one to trade up for from a mid-1st round pick.
  11. Every fan base hates their OL. But yea, the Elflein choice is odd. I want to know what I’m missing as an avg fan. He sucked in Minny, sucked in NY, and now sucks here.
  12. I think the focus on how bad the OL could be has some a bit blind on the skill player talent we have. And being in year 2, we're in a spot where the depth is actually getting to be pretty young and solid, but there's glaring weaknesses at somepositions (LG, C, LT, OLB) We're coming along though. I think Daley, Jordan, Christensen, & Brown all have some really solid upside on the line but we have starters on it that seem shaky. Depth wise, RB, WR, TE, DL, CB is all looking pretty good.
  13. Yeah I wonder if Shi is the plan and they don’t want to waste a spot on the 53 for 2 weeks
  14. But Rhule’s comments make me feel they see a biiig separation between Zylstra and Saunders/Bayless.
  15. Who would’ve thought we’d go from 3 to 1 D. Moores by week 1
  16. Considering its 17 games now, I'm going to see your stats and say: 3800 yards 23 TDs 15 INTs 62% completion Under 20 sacks. Yeah, I said it. Extra points TB in Denver (17 games): 2200 yards (400 completions) 5 TDs 5 INTs
