  1. I'm not. And I'm sure as hell not ready to trust an entire power structure built by the least intelligent football mind in the room. Fitterer is a draft guy. Morgan is a pro player guy. I want to see what those guys can do with an offseason where they don't have a college coach in charge of setting the menu and making the final roster decisions.
  2. And you want a front office / coaching staff built by the same guy who was stupid enough to trust Marty Hurney? I sure as hell don't.
  3. Fitterer isn't the one who gave a college coach that kind of power. The guy who did is the guy you're talking about entrusting to remake our entire braintrust.. Also have to realize that if you don't keep Fitterer, it's not guaranteed you keep Morgan. The two of them are very close friends and Morgan might not be happy seeing the guy who helped him become who he is get dumped after one season when he didn't even have full power. You willing to take that chance too?
  4. It's the same as the environment he came from in Seattle. And with that team, it worked. I'd ask you these questions: Do you really want to... 1) Replace both a coach and GM in the same offseason? 2) Leave that kind of full rebuild in the hands of David Tepper? That's who's going to be picking both our next coach and our next GM if we don't keep Fitterer around.
  5. Holy sh-t, the Cowboys are actually trying to help Washington get back in the game
  6. I said in the gameday thread that I'd stopped caring whether we win this game or not. That might now apply to the rest of the season.
  7. Disagree. Can't lay a lot of blame on a GM who doesn't even have final say on the roster.
  8. Already put up info for my favorite choice (Nathaniel Hackett).
  9. Honestly, that's a valid answer to a lot of questions.
  10. 3rd and 2 to seal the game and you run Ryan on a sneak? That's just insulting
  11. Not far off... I get that the Falcons were playing prevent on their last series. Why does it look like we are?
  12. "A gain of 22 on 3rd and 13..." I feel like we've heard a lot of similar statements to this today...
  13. Chance to go for two, Newton in at quarterback and Erving false starts...
  14. Okay, you just got a fumble and good field position. This would be a great time to put Cam Newton back in. Edit: And of course, they don't
  15. Anderson got leveled trying to stop an interception from happening...
  16. Don't know about Thompson, but I think at least a few players really have.
  17. Pat Meyer. He's not one of Rhule's college coaches, he makes a convenient scapegoat and they have somebody they can elevate to his position (Tony Sparano).
  18. Well, that's just frigging spiffy. If that doesn't perfectly symbolize this team under Matt Rhule, I don't know what does.
  19. That was almost picked. Guys knew our routes again.
  20. Erving is back at left tackle for what that's worth...
  21. Poor playcall on the conversion attempt. They should have just run it down our throats.
