  1. Off the street? Probably not but sometimes final cuts offer up a surprise. If they really want to improve, the best option is probably to offer a trade of a lower round pick for somebody like Jacob Eason.
  2. I put both of them in the "not good enough" tier at this point. Which one's better? Does it matter? Best hope is that they look better once the real games start. I'd actually like to hope for a lot better, but I'm not that optimistic.
  3. Speaking of Teddy... Klis is a longtime Denver beat writer and one of the best sources available for Broncos info. All I can say is this could be fun to watch
  4. Didn't look like it last night. Gantt previously speculated that Elflein will replace Paradis at center next year since he doesn't believe they'll re-up with Paradis. And honestly, why would they? I agree Paradis has improved since we first saw him, but he's still not great. If we're gonna replace him though, I'd prefer it be done with a draft pick.
  5. Update: Ricci was in at fullback on another play in that series, but for the 4th and 1 play it was Colin Thompson. I agree with that last sentence
  6. He's an interior guy. Putting him outside was a mistake. That's not to say he's great at either spot. But he doesn't have to be great, just better than Paradis.
  7. Gantt's take... Walker had a rough night, and Grier was better against the Ravens than Walker was against the Colts, so this competition may truly be tied now. Panthers.com: Rapid Reactions
  8. Difference in style... Grier was more like the steady guy who isn't very exciting but also doesn't make huge mistakes. Walker is the guy who makes a load of bad plays but every once in a while gets a big play... including some for the other team.
  9. ...unless he's moved to his more natural position and replaces Paradis at center.
  10. Well, what I contribute is at least based in reality. For example, here's an actual quote about how much time Darnold was expected to play. Oddly enough, nowhere does it say significant amount. Nor does it seem to say that anywhere else I've seen, but you insist that's what you read and when someone challenged you to produce evidence, you just went off and said some unrelated stuff that made zero sense. Perhaps it would be wiser to just admit you were wrong.
  11. Will Kunkel said it was Anderson. Guess he was right.
  12. Nah. I just call you out when you're wrong or have a bad take. It happens a lot.
  13. That might not be as long a shot as you'd think.
  14. Then you put him on the practice squad. The idea of keeping a guy as the backup for practice purposes is one of the flat out dumbest takes ever posted on here.
  15. All this. I believe we'll see Darnold, but I question if we'll see enough of him to judge much of anything.
  16. No, he doesn't. If he had that, this story would already be over.
  17. Cue Vince McMahon theme music...
  18. Sorry I missed this game. Crappy football can be entertaining when it doesn't involve us.
  19. How many consecutive seasons have the Pats drafts been awful? I know they went crazy in free agency this year but that's still a lot to make up for.
