How good is Brian Burns 2022 campaign?
Carl Spackler replied to micnificent28's topic in Carolina Panthers
If you don’t have the balls to comment after two sacks in a win, you have absolutely no room to talk after a loss that falls on the defensive backfield before anyone else. -

Didn’t see your bitch ass after the Lions game, but now you wanna talk? -
The letdown is disappointing but it's good for the future

Nothing to worry about there. -
Will this team finish last in the South forever?
Carl Spackler replied to Carl Spackler's topic in Carolina Panthers
Fitterer can’t draft and it’s a crap shoot to begin with, so draft position is meaningless. Personally I’d just like to not finish last like one time. -
Today was the best shot at at least finishing third. Maybe second, but the Cardinals and Eagles, predictably, laid down like a bunch of bitches. Damn eternal last-place finishes. Not blaming the team for today’s loss. They pushed hard and the NFL had to intervene as we predicted. But next week, next week is on them. And on the defensive backfield.

114 yards, 0 TD in his last 3 games combined. He's not even a top-20 QB anymore.

Again, as a fan of Carr’s, he can’t get the ball to an all-time great WR. That does not bode well.

Free jars of mayonnaise at the bowl game today.

Teams that win a lot also tend to make their schedules look easier.

Duke really had an incredible turnaround with Mike Elko as coach. I wasn't that impressed with the hiring choice, but he took a team -- with like one ACC win in two years -- to a 9-4 record, Military Bowl blowout win, and a legit shot at 12-1 if some close finishes went the other way. Dude is an absolutely deserved Coach of the Year. Crazy to think that you could really argue the two best QBs in the ACC this year were off Tobacco Road.

This is the first time in probably seven years where I've had hope we could do something really epic. Now, it's almost definitely not happening, but it's cool to feel again.

1000% chance a promising early drive is halted by a manufactured penalty, then Darnold throws a bad pick in trying to compensate

I guess Brad Rogers is the Bucs fan of the group
-
But, fug it. It's fun to ring in the new year with a legit hope of winning a division title

Prediction: not as perfect a game as the last one, and rigged as poo anyway. Major like 27-13 vibes

I would far rather have Levis or Richardson than Carr, and I've been a Carr fan for a while. He just doesn't have it anymore

not every QB-needy team drafts a QB.

David Tepper is keen on Will Levis
Carl Spackler replied to Chris Smitty's topic in Carolina Panthers
I was at several of Cam's games at Auburn. Anthony Richardson is no Cam Newton -- but he doesn't have to be. He only needs to be good here. -

I'd rather have Richardson but that 53% completion percentage doesn't give me a lot of confidence, just like I like my quarterbacks to be able to beat Vanderbilt -

Yeah this was printed a while back. Tepper may also be in on Florida State pitcher-turned-quarterback Chris Weinke -
