Refs were over the top tilting the ice to Florida....like I said the Canes need to have an us vs. the world mentality because the NHL/media gives us very little respect. The players hopefully know this and can go out there and get the Cup...I believe!!

I had to watch the game late, but Tampa thinks they can out muscle the Canes and they played like goons tonight. If Tampa's player doesn't at least a game for leaving his feet on that hit to Necas then we know what the deal is with the league and where the Canes stand.....no suspension and the Canes need to go ahead and take the us vs. The World attitude approach from here on out. Don't even let the zebras and the NHL dictate whether you win or lose....leave it on the ice.

I hope Rod tells the boys to treat this upcoming road trip like the playoffs...no let downs, no sleepwalking. Give it all you have and leave it on the ice..... The Lightning may be 5-5 in their last 10, but their the defending champs and the media darlings. I hope ESPN and the like keep taking the Canes for granted.

Man Fleury really never came into his own as a Hurricane. I thought after his "bubble" performance last year he had finally established himself, but he came back into this season performing at his standard level....a level we all know Rod wanted him to improve upon. He may well get picked up by Seattle, but we still have to lose a player to them as well. I sure hope this doesn't backfire. Florida and Tampa Bay got better today IMO. Florida definitely is playing with fire with all their additions, but that's still a tough team that we've handled well during the regular season.....I hate when we have a great record against a team and have to play them in the playoffs. Also, Boston is better too......Hall was dogging it in Buffalo, but something tells me he'll pick it up for Boston. Lot's riding on a good end of season/playoff run for his next contract.

He was a solid OL, but I don't think he has the arm or experience to be an NFL QB. He may give Teddy some competition, but his inexperience would hold him back.

Yep, poor effort coming off a 2 day break. Chicago's a feisty team, but you can't lose to them especially when they only get 16 SOG. Passing and energy level were the suck.

Fourth line was grinding tonight TBH, they played hard. We definitely aren't as complete as we could be, and even then I am still worried about this team when it comes to playing other physical teams. The BJs aren't the Bruins, but they are probably the most physical team in our "division" this year.
