  1. I understand the very short history since Tepper has taken over....but for people to ve over reacting or nothing but rumors... pretty bad.
  2. This isn't luvu versus burns. The defense needs both to continue to be an effective defense. Perhaps Luvu wants to know his market value. Nothing wrong in that. Has already been said by Morgan, that Luvu is a priority. Let Luvu find his value, then get him signed.
  3. Delusional much?? Doubt any player played as hard for us as CMC did. Go back to being hopeless
  4. I have no problems with Smitty calling out any receiver. Now his employer might now want to employ such a, "matter of fact", kind of gut
  5. We humans tend to learn from our mistakes. Tepper has made a lot of mistakes as the owner of the Panthers. Let's hope he's been learning a lot too.
  6. Leaf is not the only one who has a negative opinion on Williams. You pretty much have to have your head in the sand to not be reading negative opinions on Williams every day since the combine.
  7. Tell that to Dan Morgan whom feels differently, and happens to be the man making the decision.
  8. Everything always need to make every position better... unfortunately we have many many holes.
  9. He is a ranks 11th overall as a pass rusher in the league. He's also the ONLY legit pass rusher on the team. He's also a leader. Miss and moan about the economics of how players get paid in the NFL all you want to. He's still wanted and needed ob the team by upper management. How yall continue to dismiss him because he doesn't fit what we would all ideally want doesn't change any that I've shared.
  10. Thank God other events other than football is their proudest moment of being a football team owner. Wow
  11. I have no problems with Burbs being an every down player. That's what the NFL has turned to do to the lack of true prototypical defensive ends. My problems is the Panthers have absolutely failed to find a long term solution for the other end of the defensive line.
  12. I'm not sure I agree with your perspective. But kudos to him.
  13. I've listened to this guy I don't know how many times, and every time I'm left thinking this guy got some issues in his head.
  14. This premise that Burns doesn't fight through double team is a stretch. Regardless whether Burns is here or not, the Panthers need another quality consistent pass rusher on the other end of the line. Doesn't have to be elite, just above average, consistent, and no quit. Every elite pass rusher in the history of the game benefited from having a bookend pass rusher. The team needs to stop signing these long in the tooth veteran pass rushers to pair with Burns. They need a guy who has energy and fight. The defensive line isn't far from becoming a dominant one.
  15. This. Moton is absolutely a stud and a leader on our oline. He has plenty left to be able to play. They want to extend him to lower his number, and keep him in. Panther uniform for a long time. No reason not to. This isn't kicking the can down the road. It is making sure we keep the best of our oline as we work to improve our oline.
  16. This is just what the fans wanted. The Panthers won't even bother to field a defense!
  17. At the 33rd pick, the Panthers need a guy whom can be an outside starting wide receiver that can run all the routes, get separation and attack the ball while it's in the air. I'm not going to pretend whom in this draft fits that billing, as I am far too busy for that. So for those who have been all over every receiver in the draft. . . Who fits that mold that will realistically be there at the beginning of the second day?
