  1. weird list. Reads like they polled 3 drunk people outside Walmart to come up with that.
  2. internet type talk is claiming it all ties back into the auto accident he had a couple years ago. Whatever that might mean. Some of the people referencing that are verified. Couple Panther ties. His last season in the NFL he played with Sam and Robby in NY.
  3. Tom Brady has never sat the final game in his entire career. So there is virtually zero percent chance Bruce Arians is going to be able to tell his boss to sit.
  4. well, I have been pretty consistent with my opinions of Matt Rhule. I was blasting him hard before a single snap of football was played this year. I mean, I got just as many bad takes as the next guy..... but I'm not someone who just turned on Matt Rhule.
  5. Tom Brady has never gone to the bench and sat out the last game of a season.
  6. I don’t buy any of this stuff. Think this is all Matt Rhule’s people claiming their is interest in Rhule.
  7. this is about when I started to realize things were going to be headed south in the not too distant future
  8. I'd like to get a look at the rookie OL. Still wish they would throw Marshall and Shi out there more too and let him have some of Robby's work. I don't care if Robby and Cam are friendly. And CJ Henderson. That's about it. Throw the young guys all out there.
  9. eh, everyone slows down to look at an accident. Good or bad. I watch the Panthers. I suspect after this weekend, it gets really bad in Carolina. Not sure this weekend won't be bad. But I suspect the rest is a pretty safe bet.
  10. yeah, new guy is promising. Which means he likely won't be around long. So enjoy it while you can.
  11. Rhule's goal is to seek out the worst possible place to put Brady. Then insert him there.
  12. So not only are “short” arms not necessarily a disadvantage, but they're also not uncommon. Does Arm Length Affect OT Play? | PFF News & Analysis | PFF
  13. It's like Matt Rhule is reading a cliff notes version of how to coach. But it is written in Chinese and he has a poor translator. and the old arm length myth doesn't hold up. Think there is a post from the offseason that list all the All Pros and Pro Bowlers who defy what grandpa used to tell the grandchildren about what a LT has to be.
  14. Rhule's the one running an amatuer hour football team. Can't let Joe Brady blind us from that primary issue.
  15. yeah, you watch vintage Peyton Manning....and a run play and a play action play are identical. Part of that was the offensive scheme and part of that was Peyton dedicated to making the playaction mechnanics of his mirror his run handoff. Little things end up being big things. But yeah, if your run plays and pass plays aren't coming out of the same looks....that makes it comically easy on a defense. Bulk of Cam's plays should be RPOs . Especially given he was limited in the O. That was discussed coming in about him needing heavy RPO looks to be able survive in a limited playbook.
  16. Nice reminder on Robby. Robby is currently making more than Devante Adams, Diggs, etc this season. Slated to be the 16th highest paid in the NFL next season too. another example of why Matt Rhule has botched the rebuild effort yet some what to give him MORE time.
  17. Think things have decent odds of snowballing if we lose to Atl. Book is out on how to destroy our O. Everyone after Atl has the D to do it. All can stop the run. Brady threw for 400 yards the last game of the season last year. Good luck to Arians getting him to sit.
  18. and to get an average of 3….means a lot are gone sooner than 3.
  19. sunk cost fallacy If Rhule doesn't have it, which he clearly doesn't look to have it at all.....there is no point wasting more time with him. Parting with a HC after two years isn't some crazy and ballsy move in the NFL. That is actually pretty normal in the NFL when a team gets stuck with someone that clearly isn't going to work.
  20. Hard to call what Rhule is doing a real rebuild though. Rebuilding teams don't sign Teddy and then Darnold back to back to those contracts....and mortgage draft picks in the process of doing so.
  21. Same overall point that firing Joe Brady achieved. It’s been a game of mitigating the boos at BOA for some time now. Tepper had a problem with it IMO. Last two home games the boo birds have had massive impact. Got to think Tepper has made it known that is a problem. One thing Rhule has in his favor is 3 of the 5 remaining are on the road. Atl game is huge. Think Cam can save Rhule. Then Rhule gets boo’d out loudly vs Tampa but won’t have to return to BOA after that one.
  22. Probably need Gilmore on Patterson this time. Patterson is the Atl offense. It all goes through him. question will be can they cover Pitts if Gilmore takes out Patterson. Which he will.
  23. That’s what Urban Meyers’ two fans in Jacksonville are claiming too. not sure which deserves to be fired first. Probably Urban. But both clearly aren’t NFL guys.
  24. Finish 5-12. That would be 7 game losing streak to end the season. Boo’d at BOA loud to close it all out? Rhule doesn’t come back.
