Well, you generally expect a top 10 player to be a dominant college player. Horn wasn’t. not just be a good athlete who you think you can groom into a great football player.

You could draft a DB in the 3rd round and just tell them to grab Mike Evans at the line. Horn gonna get beat downfield too much. Heck, even in his one singular college game where he managed to get his hands on the ball....he got beat badly deep.

Rodgers is under contract. They drafted a first round QB last year. They most certainly can demand a poo load from any team that Rodgers wants to run to. And teams will do it. They already prepared last draft to move on from him. They don't have to just deal him because Rodgers wants out for just whatever someone is willing to offer. They can easily tell Rodgers and other teams to kick rocks and have time to play that game.

look, you can't stop the freakouts. No one can. and Verge might have great intel....but no franchise can actually predict how the draft unfolds. All it takes is one to change how the board falls.
