    So the idea is to just get better? Wow…what an innovative strategy. I don’t think anyone on that team right now really knows what it takes to win. Matt certainly doesn’t.

    It will probably end up being useful eventually. It will make that area way more attractive to home developers etc.

    Correct. Never understood why contractors don’t ask for the agreed funds to be put in escrow. Fronting $20 mill for a llc client with no assets seems stupid.

    Depends on if the bankruptcy court forces him to sell the land to pay debts.

    He is right. My father managed major construction projects most of his career. Bankruptcy of the holding corp is a standard contingency plan for projects like this. It’s not part of the plan if things go well, but it is part of the plan if they don’t. It’s rare for projects of this size to fail, but it has happened.

    I guess. At least the largest contract that hasn’t been fully paid. It does explain all that talk about contractors and other workers moving down to RH for this project. If these local govs are going to give sweet deals to corporations, they should at least stipulate that local or regional suppliers and contractors be used.

    So it looks like he’s disputing claims from York County, the architect, and the construction company out of PA. About to get uglier with York County.

    Rhule has his work cut out for him if he wants to convince fans that Sam is the best option. If it was the same system as last year, sure. But Sam has the skills of a late round rookie and no upside.

    Yeah, we are not a QB away. At this pace, it will take rule 5 years just to get an 9-8 team. If he’s lucky.

    They are already in full ‘hide the QB’ mode. Panthers media is going out of their way already to avoid showing Sam or Corral. Watch their insta. It’s kinda funny. They’ll show passes but from an angle where you can’t see who threw it.

    If they keep running the offense through him the chances are zero. He’s 5 years older than he was that first season. He can’t sustain that many hits.

    Yep. If he knows it then you have to give him live game experience. If he sucks then we grab a replacement next year. If he gets better each game and looks like something at the end of the season, then we roll with him.

    NC is currently 9th in population. Right behind Georgia. There is no way the NFL will allow a market like that to go without a team. Really bad for business. Tepper is stuck here whether he likes it or not.
