  1. If I'm remembering correctly, the next dead ball was end of the half. There is no need to blitz. The only need is to prevent that one play from resulting in a TD.
  2. Opposite him and behind him* Since his back-up will actually be the starter.
  3. Appreciate that well-thought out analysis! It does seem like the Lions are the ones we need to be courting, but we'll need some others to show interest if we want to maximize what remaining trade value he has at this point. And in our situation, draft picks don't even need to be for next year.
  4. I agree he should have hit that hole, but those LBs were sitting on the play waiting to see which way he went. There were two that shifted to the outside when Miles committed and easily would have filled the hole if he went inside.
  5. Fitt is solidifying himself in a tier below Hurney and Gettleman. Yikes.
  6. Your crusade of negativity is boring.
  7. Who? ya… glad we didn’t already overpay like most in here wanted us to do. Even if he was elite, he wouldn’t make us a competitive team. Reset and hope 2026 is a good year lol.
  8. You haven’t seen the joke-of-a-mod’s posting portfolio?
  9. Looks like we whiffed on last years top 10 pick also.
  10. He’s a joke of a poster. Feels he has to post nine “Bryce sucks” posts/Hr to make his point. The definition of tiresome.
  11. As a dad with a 1.5 year old... this is like throwing on Sunday morning cartoons. Love this idea haha.
  12. Y'all are seeing this clip and thinking "game changing addition?" He looked slower than others three times his size.
  13. 100% this would have been a pathway to more contracts, but he had no interest in that it seems. The guy would have remained a great weapon for short-yardage and goal line scenarios.
  14. This is terrible. Look at those two fools hovering around and wanting to scratch their "NFL GM" itch.
  15. Some franchises have built sustained success through the draft. Others stay at the bottom and still can't convert the competitive advantage of draft position to success. We're the latter.
  16. I agree with a lot that's being said. And that's likely an advantage that younger coaches have when it comes to molding schemes to fit their players' strengths. Older coaches likely fall back on their accumulated knowledge and experience over the molding aspect.
  17. Andy was impressive. Our offensive line was unimpressive again. These two things can exist at the same time.
  18. Our gutted defense will get destroyed by Minnesota's passing attack. They'll likely be able to coast the whole second half and test out new in-game plays for their pitiful running game.
  19. Minshew should have been our bridge QB years ago. Surprised he’s not been a full-time starter.
  20. Was a good game but hard to see positives when it was not the “franchise” QB. Even worse when you now look at how injured this roster is and it’s only week 3. The defense is gutted.
