Oil and water All Matts comments he made to public, more than a few.

Its too early and more than likely Finesser trades the pick. My main aim is LT and right now Neal feels like he would go top 5. Loads of moving to be had. Got another one here(MUST have been a glitch.); https://fanspeak.com/ontheclock-nfl-mock-draft-simulator/draft.php?d=uhpobl 8: R1 P8 OT Evan Neal - Alabama 105: R4 P3 OL Tyler Linderbaum - Iowa 150: R5 P8 OL Tyler Vrabel - Boston College 152: R5 P10 OL Rasheed Walker - Penn State 194: R6 P15 QB Cole Kelley - Southeastern Louisiana 246: R7 P27 TE Greg Dulcich - UCLA Check out that draft above..... Yea Ekwonu is going 3 or less in the couple I did, DE is my weakness and Im open to that if no LT is worth the pick. Im spit ballin the 4-7 round, targeting positions(my thinking- "Hey I know that school, heard that name once, this school always has great _____, etc). Besides this is my one of my main tools in panther drafts. Copy pasta the names for research form the pools when the pick is needed. Works great and you learn loads about the players that are available for panthers. Dont have to learn the whole 2,000 player pool. I do that and make a top 70ish list, but I may pass on that this year since no 2-3 picks....but Im thinking they will trade back and then Id be lost... Post your all UNC draft mixed with insane homer takes

Im still here, dear god its not a good QB class....no pro-day BS is going to fool me

Hasson Reddick… what are you going to offer him?
Basbear replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Happens to OL the most, just the facts. Go look at the early contract signed over the last few years. They are filled with massive OL over-pays, cause thats what the market is. Last year a philly backup swing tackle got 5 years 55 millions.....I dont think he played over a few snaps the year before. Plenty more. I know the Center market got reset over and over by players that were in the mid-pack far as rankings. Any agent worth his salt would be wise to get his OL clients to the free agent market........then sit back and count the millions. -
Whatever gets the most legit young talent. I think its 50/50 finesser trades the pick, maybe even 60(trade)/40(stay) If Tunseil type of deal happens again, stay there and take the 15 year LT. Thats about the only way I see Finesser stays.

The most over-paid group in free agencay is OL. BY FAR. ALL teams need OL bodies, mainly cause college suck for developing decent OL. So when a OL hits the market, 14 teams fight over him and drive the price to mars..... -

If reddick played for the pats, he could reach 20 sacks. Again you can not lose him, tag him. Another issue is I think he counts for around 7 million in dead cap space, no matter if plays for the panthers or not. Big brain finesser got him on 5 year deal, with 4 voided years that all hit 2022. -
Ginger swole kicker did it as well. Feels like Cam said that 6 years ago now....

When the Panthers are trailing in the 4th under Rhule
Basbear replied to ncfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Not going to lie, the game against Phins I gave up and turned the channel. Go back to the 2010 season before the last time Ive done that. Not worth my heart's life watching them attempt to play NFL. -
tis the season my friend....

Hasson Reddick… what are you going to offer him?

I think the tag is in play. Unlike Burns, reddick is super physical. More than not Reddick will jar the OT thats trying to stop/block him.(If burns speed fails, its over for him). He can cover very well for a edge, he has a rare toolbox for sure. Got to keep him, he has been the best defender on the team. Huge loss if he exits. -

They also beat the team with the best record (at the time) Arizona Cardinals. fuging teases, worst in NFL history at that... I never want to tank til the playoffs are at 0.000%. -

I seen his retirement presser, said his toe would not allow him to continue playing. Expressed his dying want to play, but brought up his toe would not allow NFL games. So cyborg toe maybe the way.....getting Luke maybe easily but seems he didnt have even Willis's want to play. Luke enjoys fishing and chilli while the panthers had 30 million in dead cap, thanks bro! -

Real problems. I agree the development is a issue right now and that was one of the main reasons Rhule got the job. -

seem you want to get rid of Sammy boy more than Rhule. I will not defend trading for Sam, tho he did look good for the first 3 game....then what the scouts said about him came true, he can not process the field in a timely matter. Unfair somewhat to him that hes never had even a average OL, always running for his life for 4 full years.. Not far off form what you thought, they are playing poor and have been for many games(too many). its hard to support rhule, i know that... -
Very hard, but possible New OL coach. All NFL OLs have injuries and issues. Seen many with less talent than panthers have better results New OC thats been there done that. Lots of luck Land a difference maker in the draft ie LT or rare QB Land a couple OGs in free agency Tremble becomes a real NFL TE CMC stays healthy full season 3 WR set becomes the new base with TMJ becoming a stud...

How did you feel after the 2020 season? How do you feel after 3-0 start? What were your expectations coming into this year? Be honest. -

Do you want to fire any HC that struggles? If that the case the panthers would have had 21 more HCs during their history. -

FYI - I do not judge rookies unless they are cut or make pro-bowl. After the 2nd full off-season I start. Id have to reaaallly out out on limb and stretch the reasons hardcore. A tad unfair cause Horn looked like a legit CB, rookie or not. TMJ, boy...I think Brady was fired for him, Teddy, Sam, and just making bad opinions... Christ has gotten a few reps and looked "decent" at LT,RG,LG. Temble looks like the best TE and that means nothing. Hubbard, ok good 4th rounder. High effort and energy Taylor- best 5th rounder league wide, jewel of this draft... Nixon- got IR'd was giving 15-20 high quailty snaps before Brown- Rhule thinks hes too fat...been non-factor Shi- non-factor Forgot name- Long safety that was IR'd to save face. Joke of pick Hoskins- when fianlly given a jersey, looked petty good for a 7th Id trade the 2022 3rd for CJ henderson right now again. NO question. Darryl Johnson for a 6th, well thats on Dan morgans plate. Can not expect much form an 6th in any draft. He did get 7th for Greg Little. Got a improved 6th for Perryman who seemed to be be a bad fit(i disagree). No GM bats 1.000 -
