I don’t think Washington lets Bienemy go. They will probably fire Rivera and promote him to HC. Build the offense around Howell with Bienemy as his HC.

I think he might regret hiring Reich, but Wilks is under some pressure as the DC in that loaded San Fran roster right now. I'm not sure Wilks was the long term answer either.

It's hard to argue against that. This roster is a joke...

Man if you can't laugh at it, it's going to be a loooooong season. I'm not writing him off, but I'm not super attached either. The whole roster needs a refresh to be fair. The tape makes it very difficult to judge him because everything is a complete disaster around him.

It is kind of funny though. Analysts- Bryce Young can still become a good QB for the Panthers Some Huddler-

My favorite was JT sucked in the NFL so he doesn’t know what he is talking about. Different opinion so we much ruin his credibility with something that has so clearly been proven as nonsense. Player success does not correlate with good coaches or analysts…

It’s been a pretty common pattern of lesser talented players becoming better coaches/analysts because they spent most of their career learning from the sidelines. It’s such a bad argument to state a coach or analysts doesn’t know what he is taking about because he wasn’t great in the NFL. That’s simply a person upset because this guy has a different opinion so they must discredit him right away.

Firing Rhule and Hurney?

As bad a Tepper has been, he isn’t afraid to cut his losses and try something new. He will hire consultants and experts to give him advice and hopefully they lead him down this path.

You hire a consultant like a Colbert or someone who was been a successful GM for a while. I’ve heard Tepper is close to Polian so maybe that’s an option. They can help conduct interviews to bring in a candidate from a successful team like Ravens, Eagles, Bills etc and pick a new GM. Let that GM pick their HC and they can start from the ground up in 2025. We will have our 1st round pick and they can roll with Young or pick their guy. A true complete rebuild.

Just bump up Morgan for 2024 and it allows us to do a full reset in 25 with a new coach and GM. Tell Morgan he can't trade away early picks for 2025 and roll with it.

The picks are a result of his OL. He also had one game where he threw like 4 (call it an outlier). He is looking the part to me. If they really build around him he can be special.

Put it this way if there was a book on how to NOT develop a rookie QB, we are the damn authors. I get our future relies on Young playing better, but do we really have that good of a future regardless with the same crew responsible for this mess?
