  1. David Tepper, the owner and her husband, has given her a position in his company he owns. If it was his son who had a position I'm sure you would be fine with it. So again who are you to tell the Tepper's how to run their business??
  2. I’m pretty neutral on him. His team is pretty stacked and they managed to disappear in some games playing down to the competition’s level. That could be him or the HC at blame.
  3. You have no business telling her how to run her business.
  4. He also changed it up to a ball control game managing type offense when Dak was hurt and kept the team winning.
  5. If you are going down that road the question is did she actually violate any anti discrimination laws/rules during her interviews without the training. If she did then that’s a completely different scenario. If she didn’t get updated training that started in October 2022 and everyone else did, that just seems more like an oversight to me. You are also talking about one person who (maybe) didn’t take this training while everyone else from Tepper himself to Fitt did. Tepper (in all his faults) seems like a pretty progressive owner IMO. I already mentioned the Eric Reid signing and there is also this. https://www.wsoctv.com/news/local/now-is-not-time-stay-silent-panthers-players-join-uptown-demonstrations/RBL2GCCTVBAEBORIYK6C6X7DLM/?outputType=amp
  6. Hopefully he won’t . It doesn’t appear he is super eager to pull the trigger. https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/2023/01/19/nfl-insider-panthers-owner-david-tepper-likely-skeptical-trading-sean-payton/
  7. That’s fair, but at least he moved on from them.
  8. It was a mistake and he moved on from it with a lot of money left on the contract. Bad hires happen sometimes. You like the Fitt hire right?
  9. Fired Hurney, fired Rhule, black helmets, logo at midfield. I like how he supported signing Eric Reid when the league tried blackballing him. https://www.sbnation.com/platform/amp/nfl/2018/9/27/17910428/panthers-owner-david-tepper-eric-reid-signing-jerry-richardson-trump
  10. https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/2023/01/19/nfl-insider-panthers-owner-david-tepper-likely-skeptical-trading-sean-payton/
  11. I get it but I’m sure there are thousands of rules for them to follow. It falls more on the administration staff to make sure they are all followed.
  12. So one of the owners wasn’t trained properly on how to interview someone to coach her team? Seems like a dumb fine to me…
  13. AFC team with a QB in place so the pick doesn’t hurt as bad. Owner with plenty of money. They check some boxes definitely…
  14. Are they actually going to sign/draft a legit WR first?
  15. I agree. Get one of those and let them pick their QB (draft) and try to acquire said QB without throwing away too many picks.
  16. First I don't even want Payton. However, if you are going to make this kind of trade for a great HC, you better already have your QB which we don't. Those picks can be used to trade for a vet QB or move around in the draft to acquire one. Not worth it....
  17. Both had injuries. Lance had more reps/experience, but also looked way better against starters that were in an actual game. Corral looked worse against 3rd stringers (granted he was working with 3rd stringers as well), Lance just has a much larger ceiling IMO.
  18. I would be surprised if that is still the case.
  19. It’s because he is not a great HC. It just takes a certain type of person to be one and more people fail at it than get it right. No disrespect to Wilks, but he would be average at best IMO. Give him a great staff and they get purged away in the offseason.
