  1. I know he is playing against a small school but Nico is flashing some impressive arm talent.
  2. That’s crazy. That Covid year has created so old players.
  3. Burrow was like a 3rd-5th round pick before his 5th year. They aren’t going to have Beck throw bombs against Clemson’s defense unless they need him to, especially this early in the season.
  4. 8 was below the national average? That’s crazy. Regardless he is doing what is asked in this UGA offense. He has the arm to throw it deep when needed.
  5. I always like watching the college QBs. It’s such a complicated position to analyze.
  6. It’s week 1 against a great defense. Last year he was 9.4 YPA.
  7. Lawrence had a loaded roster, Burrow was a 5th year in a loaded roster, Young had a loaded roster, Stroud had a loaded roster…
  8. Ohhh I thought you were saying he has had only 2 completions under pressure for his career.
  9. Yeah that’s a concern. Stroud struggled under pressure early in his last season too, but that’s still concerning.
  10. I’ve seen some compare him to Eli in excelling from the pocket and playing to his size. I want to see how he handles pressure.
  11. Allar looked bad, but there wasn’t much around him to work with. I could see him as a Josh Allen or AR type prospect. He still needs to play better.
  12. Cam Ward, Riley Leonard, Milroe, Allar, Weigman. I was excited about the Duke QB Murphy but he might need another year (only a RS sophomore with limited playing time). Leonard and Weigman play against each other, Ward plays against Florida.
  13. Geno Smith is signed through 2025. I doubt they bench him unless they are planning on trading him next year which wouldn't make sense unless someone overpays.
  14. I'm looking at Notre Dame vs Texas A&M. 2 high ceiling QBs who need more playing time plus Leonard the ND QB played for the new HC at A&M last year at Duke. Should be an interesting one.
  15. He seems to have all of the tools and put up some great numbers out west. I know Auburn tried to get him in the portal and I wish they did.
  16. https://coloradobuffaloeswire.usatoday.com/lists/deion-sanders-transfer-portal-haul-colorado-football-know/ His transfer portal was ranked 8th overall and 1st in the Big 12. He did a trench overhaul. I will say it will probably take them a minute to build some chemistry. NDSU also has a great program so that was a tougher than appears week 1 matchup.
  17. Deion had 2 sons playing plus Hunter. Also Prime thinks he has more than 2 players. He is claiming he could have 5 first rounders... https://www.sportingnews.com/us/ncaa-football/news/deion-sanders-colorado-win-total-portal-first-round-picks/c3fc107953d7b9e20f7c2d2e Sanders, however, was quick to point out there are more potential first-round players on this year’s roster, including receiver Jimmy Horn Jr. and guard Tyler Brown. FAU transfer LaJohntay Wester, who had 108 catches for 1,168 yards and eight TDs last season, also joins the offense. Defensive ends BJ Green and Dayon Hayes – who transferred from Arizona State and Pitt, respectively – combined for 10 sacks and 22 tackles for loss. So, yeah, Colorado has more talent in 2024. "Scouts are here every day, representing durn near every team in the first several practices," Sanders said. "That says a lot about the program. That says about the recruiting ability. That says about some wonderful things that people fail to mention."
  18. I didn’t watch the Colorado NDSU game. Did Cam Miller look decent or is Colorado’s defense bad? His stats look good…
  19. Doc: "if you could go ahead and take off your pants and place them beside mine in the corner"
