That’s pretty crazy. Hopefully Corbett figures it out and we all will forget about this, but a solid plan B should be in place. Maybe they make a waiver claim on one that gets cut?
-
Clowney has had some injury issues too. Isn’t Wonnum (who is hurt) a gamecock? It’s random but kind of crazy. Debo can’t stay healthy either although he isn’t a Panther.
-
Has Raym taken any reps? Part of the problem is they need Corbett to take as many reps as possible which hurts the depth imo

He was my favorite pick too

https://x.com/joshkleinrules/status/1820125651166523861 Evero’s defense is designed to take away the deep pass. We are actually good at that last year. Also said they will work on more deep passes as they process further into camp.

The pressure/time is a point some if us have been looking at for deep passes. Is it bad OL that prevents deep opportunities (yes you need a little time to throw these), a confidence issue for Bryce, a play calling issue, or a lack of deep threat WRs issue? Maybe it was a combination of all the above. Regardless the past couple of practices there have been deep shots so hopefully DC is trying to address this.

I could see Smith-Wade taking over NB for Hill after this year. He is kind of getting overlooked in this draft class.

Levis definitely has a cannon. I’m interested to see how Callahan does coaching him.
-
Is he a nickel? I feel like we need outside CB depth…

I’d love to see DJ Johnson turn into something. I was confused by the pick, but Evero was pretty excited about it so who knows?

It’s bizarre man. I’m an Auburn fan so I far from die hard Bryce, but obviously I want him to do good since he is a Panther now. If he struggles, it is what it is, but man some of these takes are baffling…

I can’t remember if we went after any of the FA centers or not. I agree with you though, they definitely wanted a vet center with Young to make sure they can get a good honest look at him.
-
Nah I was told even the “pro Bryce” guys are saying it was awful. Who is hyping it up??
-
You saw a pass of 55 yards early last week. Then you wanted to se it against our defense. He does that and now you are mad it wasn’t a TD. Yeah I’m making excuses, it’s clearly not you moving the goal post to keep your narrative going. You have another poster on here questioning if you are serious. It’s a fine line between a stubborn narrative and trolling.
-
Yeah I didn’t even want to acknowledge that comment. He throws a bomb after a bad snap and a LB in his face. Got served with a “that should have been a TD” comment. Some posters genuinely don’t like Young, which is their right I suppose. Hiding it behind fake criticism though is just nonsense.

Definitely not, but hopefully they get it corrected. Get all of the mistakes out during practice.
-
Agreed looks like a bad snap too from the beginning too.
-
Agreed. The only point I’m showing is he is physically able to air it out against a defense. We just have to dial and up and he has to have the confidence to do so. DC seems like a confidence booster kind of coach, so let’s see what happens.
-
Yeah that’s a sensible approach. Good or bad I’m not reacting much until the regular seasons starts.

https://x.com/DuncOnDemand/status/1819776298299842695 There is a deep one against a full defense.

Thanks @Jackie Lee!

Point is definitely valid, but he has always looked good in practice. It’s how he was originally starting over Hooker.

No way he keeps it if he wins it. Living in Knoxville has allowed me to see enough of Milton to seriously doubt he can become that guy. He doesn’t like to run, gets in a funk after mistakes and he has made plenty of them. He can launch a ball 70 yards but has little control over where it lands. He is also older for a rookie. He might get plenty of preseason looks but if they are serious about winning it should be Brissett or Maye whenever he is ready.
