That’s exactly what’s going to happen I’m afraid

What was the explanation for punting on the Jets 33 yard line?
NAS replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think it was a combination of our defense playing well and that he didn't want Santoso's first ever kick to be a 50+ yarder. -
8 Saints test positive for Covid (coaches and player)
NAS replied to BlitzMonster's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don't want any bad forfeit karma. Hope they can play -
It basically is 6.5 because the home team gets an automatic 3 points home field advantage

How did he do at safety? I thought he made a few nice plays and covered well down field on a couple of deep throws but also gave up a couple of catches. It just seems he was much more effective and a playmaker as a hybrid linebacker last year but I could be wrong.

How much of it is Brady or Rhule being too conservative with the lead?
-
Yes, don't know if it's Rhule or Brady but there was no intensity / urgency on the offensive side of the ball coming out in the second half. It reminded me of Fox and Rivera.
-
Ray Lewis was also great earlier in the game, calling out plays from defensive perspective.
-
Their defense worries me, their offense does not

LT definitely higher value but Horn was the safer pick in our position. We have to draft a tackle in the first round of 2022 draft

I thought this was phenomenal TV on ESPN2. It was so interesting and bringing in guests like Ray Lewis and Russell Wilson. It felt like you’re on the couch watching the game with them. The amount of insights and their ability to predict plays is amazing. I found myself glued to this and I usually get bored with MNF. So much better than a normal broadcast, I kind of wish I could watch football like this every time. The novelty will probably wear out eventually but if you’re a fan of the game, I would definitely try it. https://sports.yahoo.com/peyton-eli-manning-made-esp-ns-broadcast-of-ravens-raiders-mnf-thriller-a-must-watch-for-fans-hungry-for-something-different-040238121.html

Rhule said in postgame presser he was surprised Wilson got up after that hit
-
Interesting because they raved about him in game summary. But isn’t it interesting they targeted him only 4 times the entire game? PFF also had CMC as a 69 grade if I am not mistaken despite his dominant performance. I would take it with a grain of salt

Teddy Bridgewater named starter over Drew Lock
NAS replied to @bonafidebanter's topic in Carolina Panthers
Teddy balled out yesterday. Maybe the best game of his career. Currently leads the league in QBR per ESPN. -
He looked better than a rookie. Made a few protection calls and audibles at the line. He handled the pressure with poise.
-
Don't know if anyone watched his press conference, but I was impressed with his mindset about the game and the way he handles the media. He didn't dwell on this victory and focused on reviewing the tape and fixing the mistakes

Good signing, familiar with the scheme from last year I think
-
I think Wilson's arm was on full display there. The zip on that pass was next level
-
Jaycee is a more physical version of Gamble.
-
I would never feel bad for him after this. I hold a grudge. FUG Matt Ryan

For all the attention that Brady and Rhule get, I think Snow is very underrated as a defensive coordinator. He was almost perfect with his play-calling yesterday. His blitzes were very timely for the most part, except for the 4th down conversion where I think we could have just used the front four pressure and let our guys cover downfield.

10 pressures is a lot considering he only threw it around 20 times. I actually think we will be able to pressure Jameis and force him into some bad decisions.

I think we're third for total yards allowed
