    My wife and I were travelling to Hawaii for our honeymoon when this game took place. I was greeted with this glorious highlight upon landing... great start to our time there. Also, Dwayne Jarrett sighting.

    Hanging on to Rivera and Hurney too long, moving to turf, letting the 'Keep Pounding' chant disappear for a bit (even if only passively)... it's been ugly. It's nice to hear this from him though and hopefully the words continue to drive actions and positive results.

    Chinn operates best in space. Could he be a decent ILB? Perhaps, just like he's a decent safety. Also like Luke and Beason at OLB though, he will be out of his element and results would be similar to the past 2 seasons.

    If he was willing to come in dirt cheap it would be a nice boost to the run defense, but he won't, so absolutely not.

    Would prefer to just see him wrap up and drive rather than just busy out that last shove, but I like the attitude there.

    Closest I can think of was Washington with RG3 in the 1st and Cousins in the 4th. Would definitely be interesting to see Indy go this route.

    Almost like I noted in my original post quoted above... weird. Since when does being objective automatically mean being unhappy? It's certainly not the case for me.

    That's fine - he still did it, and it was still incredibly obvious to a whole lot of people and incredibly stupid to actually move forward with. Words are words until they become actions and then results, and given the other stuff he's flopped on he's far from an asset at this exact point in time.

    Because he gave the entire kingdom to a middling college coach who had never had high-level success and though he was outsmarting the entire league in the process - do you not remember how visible he was in the early days? The trainwreck was so obvious and yet he did it anyway. He gets zero grace for such a tremendously and obviously stupid move.

    That's how the business of the NFL works these days, and having someone who is a lesser pass rusher but more complete against the run AND another quality defender or pass-catcher would be a net win. It's thinking like yours that led to such terrible contracts for so long, and it's not like Burns shows up at huge times. Dude is not a game-changer.

    What are you talking about? The only reason Tepper stopped talking before was because Rhule made him look like a fool. Dude loves the camera.

    It's a low-energy conservative pick. Doesn't mean he's a bad player by any means and in fact may be great, but we as Carolina fans were also imprinted by the aura and boldness that was the Cam pick in this situation.

    Planning on rolling down to Union Station with my son and some friends to check it out. I imagine it will be a zoo, but we'll be able to say we were 'there'.
