  1. Is what I’m saying, and what the Riot is bringing to the table for discussion. Let me know your opinion you slackers
  2. Actually no. I did not realize until just now that it was a Russell Wilson rivalry for me. Once they lost that amazing defense and we moved on from Cam it seems to have faded away and the final nail was when Russell Wilson was traded. My favorite memory from the rivalry was of course the Greg Olsen TD and also the playoff game against them during our super-bowl year. This pic was from that game, and it cracked me up. Not me in a pic, but a fellow drunk guy who had this hanging up where we were tailgating. It snowed that morning and it was magical.
  3. Based on what? You obviously don’t watch the game. This is the guys first NFL season playing really, and he’s already one of the best in the game. This must be a troll post.
  4. For the record I do not want. I bet the panthers are doing research though.
  5. Teams that are considering coaching changes don’t wait until firing the current coach to start looking for a successor. They start considering candidates weeks before issuing the pink slip. To absolutely no surprise, NFL teams that may be looking for new coaches are doing their homework on Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, according to NFL Media. Last week, we planted a flag on this possibility, given the events that unfolded in early 2022. Harbaugh wanted to coach the Vikings. He wants to win a Super Bowl. He has made it clear that he regards a national championship as something less than winning a Lombardi Trophy. “bUT hE CLoSed tHE dOoR,” some will shout. His contract shows that the door is wide-ass open; his buyout this year is a mere $3 million. If he was truly closing the door, he could have agreed to a much higher buyout, in return for other more favorable terms. He didn’t. He negotiated a reasonable buyout. Which means it’s not unreasonable to think he may be once again looking for a way back to the NFL. Already, the Panthers and Colts have vacancies. There surely will be more. And there surely will be interest in a guy who immediately turned around a bad 49ers team, taking it to the brink of the Super Bowl in his first season and getting there in his second. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/12/04/report-teams-are-doing-homework-on-jim-harbaugh/
  6. We should all feel bad that his wife had to hear fire Rhule chants while he is getting paid enough to never have to work a day in his life…..as well as his kids, and his kids kids.
  7. You would think the guy would get tired of these interviews….they never work out well. He didn’t accept any blame whatsoever and seemed to want credit for any success that the team has this season including Wilks doing well. He’s full of Sh*t but kiddos to Cam for always being a professional and reaching out to him after he got fired. Rhule is a used car salesman and this interview was the same as all of previous BS ones. He’s contradicting himself from interviews that just came out just couple days ago.
  8. Sign the beast Bozeman and have your core starters locked in for years. It’s a no brainer….he’s exactly what we thought we would be getting when we signed him. There is a reason this is the best line we have had in years and years
  9. People keep saying this but he seems to be doing just fine production wise in any role that he is used. Remember he did play in a 3-4 Riveras last year, and has been used in a similar type role over the last few seasons. People complain all the time that he drops into coverage too much. He is not a one truck pony which is why he has even more value.
  10. He’s due 16 million with the 5th year option. He’s 24, a pro bowl player at one of the most important positions in football who is a leader of the team. Running backs get paid very little and it is easy to find good talent for very little investment. It is also a position that peaks at a very early age due to wear and tear which is why the cmc extension was questionable, especially with years left on his rookie deal. This move is an absolute no brained and waiting longer will only cost us more. This extension is inevitable…especially after we turned down draft picks for him.
  11. What do you mean? He’s reached double digit sacks and the last year of his rookie deal. An extension helps the cap for next year and locks up your 24 year old building block. I really can’t think of many reasons why we wouldn’t go ahead and extend him….the longer we wait the more expensive it will be. His value will not be going down I can promise you that. This is completely different than the CMC extension almost in every way.
  12. “F*ck you. I’m drafting Chuba Hubbard. My wife told me it was not optional.”
  13. I am. I appreciate your feedback but this seems to be the only time that the lower section of the stadium gets loud. You should drink more beer at the game and this will not be an issue. Please feel free to visit our club lounge section where you can be in our state of the art bubble which will shield you from unwanted loud noises. We all appreciate you creating a thread on this issue, as it is a topic that needs to be addressed here on the Huddle once and for all.
  14. Our 1st round picks have been great the last 3 years. If we get a QB it’s over for the South. Icky is going to be our franchise LT for a very long time. The guy has not given up a sack since week 2 and is still a rookie. Horn is a stud and this is his first real year playing in the league.

  16. So what’s your point? I’ve said he’s not all pro level yet, You look at the body of work with being under 25 years old and think he’s not worth an extension? You mad because we didn’t trade him? It’s not like the guy is doing anything to lower his trade value.
  17. 7 tackles, 1 sack, 1 tackle for loss, 3 QB hits. What a horrific game . I don’t react/overreact on a week by week basis, and I also can tell the difference in a body of work on a rookie contract vs future potential and how that relates to his value. We haven’t finished our 12th game yet and he’s already hit double digit sacks for the year. Is he an all Pro yet? No. Does he have the potential to get there? Yes. He’s 24 playing at a pro bowl level at one of the most important positions on a team other than LT and QB
