  1. B-I-N-G-O! The entire team need to be near flawless to enable Bryce to play out front and with a full playbook at his disposal, leaning heavily on a grinding rushing attack. This is NOT a sustainable model. It's good enough for a handful of wins a season. After nearly a decade of futility, being slightly better than the bottom dwellers of the league is not cutting it for me. Perpetually selecting 6-10 in the draft doesn't give me tons of optimism.
  2. My fear is Bryce plays just well enough to keep QB out of the equation in the first round. With so many underclassmen, it's difficult to predict how deep this QB class will be. There's definitely talent. It won't be as stacked as 2024 (which I advocated we wait for...sigh) but it sure as heck won't be 2025 or worse, 2022.
  3. I'm happy for them. It's been a long time coming.
  4. So what you are saying is we are in trouble if we face a team that plays coverage and does not send extra players regularly.
  5. Yeah, a franchise QB that shows up a handful games a season is both encouraging and exciting!
  6. Don't be so sure. This is the Panthers under David Tepper...doubling, even tripling down on dumb decisions is our calling card.
  7. We are usually trailing, that was my point. I guess most average NFL QBs can play 'not to lose' when out front with a lead and the defense pitching a shutout.
  8. Yup, he's a perfect game manager if we can jump out to a sizable lead early. Today proved that. In a dog fight or trailing? I don't think he's the guy to pull it out routinely.
  9. This particular one means guys throwing the pigskin at a tailgate have more yardage than 80% of Bryce's attempts today.
  10. Yes, yes, let's give Bryce a brand new deal because he owns our arch nemesis, but blows versus the rest of the entire NFL.
  11. Yeah, just our luck. We'll finish a game or two ahead of them and they get a franchise QB for the next decade plus.
  12. Yeah, the next two. I said earlier in the week if we head into week 6 at 0-5, it could be an UGLY season because with exception to the Saints matchups, the schedule gets brutal.
  13. Now do everyone else. I would rather be in Ohio State's predicament of a losing streak to their arch rivals but racking up Natty's. As much as I hate the Falcons, I'd much rather be 1-3 versus them and a perennial playoff contender.
  14. Lol, you can't make this stuff up. Literally no pressure, time to throw, perfectly placed, with no coverage and the dude drops it. Now I know how other fan bases feel watching us versus them. It's comically glorious!!!
  15. Lol, this really seems like a dive by ATL. is there crazy prop bet out there for the Panthers +17?
  16. Thank you Falcons for the sympathy win. We really needed this.
  17. 99 passing yards nearing the end of the 3rd quarter. I can give Bryce credit though, he's not making any mistakes to get the Falcons back in it.
  18. Waffle House after church. I refuse to take time to prepare a Sunday brunch spread until this team turns it around.
  19. When was the last time we faced an 0-2 FG kicker in the first half? Point being, we are up 10 and it should be 7 or 4. The guys played pretty good, but he Falcons kept stepping on rake after rake and we are only up 10.
