  1. he could... I don't know... USE HIS HANDS?!? he literally pulls them in like he's waiting to cradle a baby. its absurd
  2. dude holy poo you are blind. He saw the ball and PULLED HIS ARMS INTO HIS BODY like he was waiting for it to cradle into his body. it's absurdly bad, yes that was on Legette. awful wr play there
  3. HOLY POO DUDE USE YOUR FUGGING HANDS. HE JUST FALLS OVER AND LEANS INTO IT LIKE IT WILL DROP INTO HIS BODY.
  4. holy poo xl do something, anything. how has he gotten this much worse throughout the season
  5. One thing I hope DM learns from seeing Fitt's mistakes is it is okay to take the clear layup that makes your team better. You don't need to try to find DK Metcalf at 32, it's okay to take the elite route runner who ran a 4.39 and doesn't drop anything. Ladd and Bryce would be such an elite combo
  6. I think they prioritize WR first. AT has been great this year but who knows, when you hit your wall in the NFL it is hard and quick. Can't go into next season counting only on XL, Coker, and AT
  7. Our CBs have FIFTEEN TACKLES already and there are 5 min left in the 1st quarter. That has to be some kind of record, that's insanely bad.
  8. TMac, rest of the draft defense and FA defense and I think we can win the division next year if we can stay healthy
  9. Bryce couldn't have handed the ball off any better to AT on that 31 yard completion. Truly elite placement
  10. That's a pretty good comp. I think he has really good extended play making/throwing on run under pressure abilities, but it's hard to make a living on that in the NFL. The one wild card he has going, is he has had access to the best training/coaching/etc. since the day he was born. That has to be a huge advantage.
  11. I think a lot of it depends on what happens with the Jets. If they move off Rodgers they prob try to keep core players and build from there, but if they keep Rodgers I don't see Garret Wilson staying there another year. We should run to the table with that Rams second and maybe toss in a 2026 5th or something to sweeten the pot and see if they bite. If yes, would be great to be able to use our first on the best defensive player available.
  12. Ha just for fun going back to 2018 looking at where we picked and how close after us a better player was taken: 2018: DJ at 24. Lamar Jackson at 31 2019: Burns at 16. Jefferey Simmons at 19 2020: Brown at 7. Justin Jefferson at 22 2021: Horn at 8. Debatable here but Surtain at 9 (Parsons at 12) 2022: Icky at 6. Cross at 9 (still can't believe in a pass happy league we didn't draft the multi year SEC starter who comes from the air raid and gave like 2 pressures up his whole career. easy layup, thanks Fitt) 2023: nope not doing it 2024: XL at 32. Ladd at 34. (still too early to tell for sure, but based on 1 season) That being said, just go win. Whoever we theoretically draft at pick 5, there will prob be a better player at 9 we could take. It's probably 75% luck
  13. I agree, winning is more important. This draft also feels like 2021 for some reason to me where it'll be a few teams drafting unworthy QBs higher than they should go and pushes some really good players in that 5-15 range. 2021 had the following guys 5-15: Chase, Waddle, Sewell, Horn, Surtaine, Devonta Smith, Slater, and Parsons. Just a ridiculous amount of talent pushed down from the 3 QBs going early.
  14. Sure, if that’s your discussion. But it isn’t. You posted that we should not judge Stroud playing the ravens because we would not have fared well against a SB ready team. Well we’ve played 2 and did quite well for where we are as a team. Then you try to rationalize it saying the Chiefs aren’t a great team and were taken to the wire by a bad raiders team. A bad raiders team that beat the Ravens. The chiefs also beat the ravens. You’re obviously an intelligent person which is why people on here occasionally call you out. The only explanation is you have a bias you wont let go that you try to disguise as being some team player shtick.
  15. We are to the point in the never Bryce cycle where the 15-1, #1 seed, 2x defending SB champions are actually not a good team and it isn’t impressive the Panthers took them down to a last sec FG and if you disagree you are the crazy one. Incredible.
  16. Have we had any games where XL, Coker, Sander, AT, and Bryce all played together? I wanna see the 3 rookies in that list ball out if our WR/TE room is finally all on the field together.
  17. Caleb is actually gonna be so good once the bears get their poo together. Side note, Thomas brown should never be on an NFL coaching staff again
  18. I was directly addressing another posters claim. Cowboys don’t have anything to do with a discussion over playing SB ready teams
  19. But we played 2 SB ready teams in the time frame being discussed and lost both by one score. Bryce was good in one, great in the other.
  20. it absolutely blows my mind we had people on here trying to argue last year was more on Bryce than our coaching staff. That dude was freaking calling our plays last year. insane lol
  21. It’s a fair assessment tho. “Bad” Young was 2023 where he had worse than what 2024 “bad” Stroud is working with. Obviously 2023 Stroud is the best but the question is was that a fluke or not (I don’t think it was) and can BY be as good or better when they are in similar situations
