  1. Terry McLaurin also had a collarbone Injury. Something to watch as well.
  2. You may see a Chip Kelly scenario happen because of this. Tepper may ask Rhule to step back as far as FO decisions and leave everything to Fitt.
  3. We have been giving him hell for weeks and calling for his head, all of a sudden we have Cam, and we can compete? Idk, with Brady at OC can you even trust him to use Cam's skillset to the fullest?
  4. I would also suggest stripping Rhule of all FO power and give it all to Fit
  5. So is it Tecklenburg who's currently the back up center?
  6. How could you? We literally got Dan Quinn fired because of that game.
  7. Shurmur? The same Shurmur who could barley score on the Browns practice squad defense? Denver fans wanted him gone yesterday. Very hard pass.
  8. Pep Hamilton. Works well with QBs and making a good offense. Luck and Herbert payed well for him when he coached them. Edit-And he's a Charlotte neighbor to boot.
  9. Matt Leflur is showing Brady a master class how to call plays and execute a game plan. No Adam's, no Lazard, Tonyan hurt, still moving the ball on this great Cardinals D, and doing it meticulously to give the Cards offensive as little time as possible to get them off rhythm.
  10. Or did y'all forget? We are in the exact same spot right now that we were in the early Rivera Era. We didn't think he would even see year 3 (barley did according to reports), everyone wanted him gone, etc. Heck, it took him until Week 5 his 3rd season to actually have his coaching come to fruition (reports then said that Richardson was preparing to hire a search firm after the Cardinals loss), then 11-1 happened. The team bought in, destroyed the Giants that week and I think we can all say that the Rivera Era was good all things considered. I say that to say this, give Rhule time. He may flip a switch, he may not. Things look grim now, but fortune could always change.
  11. Finally someone who sees why Howell isn't putting up as good number as last year. When you have 2 WRs drafted and 2 RBs drafted, and the players they brought in aren't as good (Downs may be something tho), your gonna struggle, escially if the O-line isn't up to par (that VT game was brutal). Despite this I've seen Sam single handley try to bring them back. He has a clutch gene, seen it since his freshman year (the game against Wake Forest, came up short but that was big time). I would like him here in Carolina once we fix the O-line and probably get Brady replaced.
  12. Another angle on this is the rise of the Hornets. Who wants to go to BOA and watch a team tripping over themselves, when you have a team just up the road in Spectrum, have probably a future Top 10 player in Lamelo Ball, Miles Bridges, Terry Rozier, Gordon Heyward, and a host of other players making a playoff push, because if it wasn't for injury, they would have made it. NBA tickets are cheaper, and probably these days would be a better game day experience. At this rates the BOA will be half full while the Spectrum Center will be packed almost nightly. Lamelo is to the Hornets is what Cam was to the Panthers.
  13. As far as who needs to go on the bench? Man Rhule doesn't even chart. John Fox was the KING of riding out on a player before the wheels fall off. Remember he kept trotting an aging Jake Delhomme back in 2009 only to finally start Moore because of injury? He starts Moore at least 3 weeks earlier, we could have made the playoffs.
  14. Has something like this ever happened before? The Panthers and the Hornets in the same city in the same week (or day in this case)? Panthers play the Giants at 1 and the Hornets play the Nets at 4.
  15. BTW the Broncos need to fire Fangio, like leave him in Cleveland and make him fly coach fire.
  16. Jealous of the Browns Oline. Lose both tackles and still mowing the Bronco D line down.
  17. Still gotta go with Brady. Would have love to see what he would have done with Cam Newton. Shula used Cam like a dude using a Ferrari like a 2003 Honda Accord.
  18. The announcers just mentioned that they're sitting on our route. Beady needs to either get in some misdirection or run some similar plays out of different formations.
  19. I guess Rhule was right about the conditioning.
  20. I agree. Looking again, Thomas could had at least got half of that back. Also Sam needs to know what's he's working with. He has all 3 timeouts and the 2:00 min warning. There was no reason to force this ball to Anderson. Take the check down, go to 2 mins, live another down.
  21. Byron Bell is better than half this offensive line, no cap.
