Instead of asking me what you’re not aware of you should be asking yourself what did JR paid millions for and gave up his billion dollar company he started from scratch for, so that we would never find out? NDAs are bought to minimize and make things go away. They influence people to think ‘well we don’t know what happened’. personally I’d rather take a chance teaching a guy like stroud certain things to change than bet on young overcoming and constantly coping with things will never change with that said I wouldn’t be mad either way, ultimately it will come down to desire and FO ability to set them up for success and there is a lot to be said for ethic/desire to become good.
