OP is one of those homer morons that says we're going 11-5 ... uh, 12-5 every season. He's the guy who thinks we'll win multiple SBs, be in the Playoffs every year, but then stops posting or talking about the Panthers half way through the season.

Do you all not get how hard it is to get to the SB? As for the Playoffs, we could get in next year with very minimal changes. As for being an ELITE team that gets in almost yearly? I'd say we'd be 2-3 seasons away from that ... with extensive changes. A coach, a QB, better this better that won't make us elite tomorrow. We've never been an elite franchise. And I don't see us making the extensive changes. We are what we are. Bottom team who has an amazing season every now and then. Love it or leave it.

I mean, I've been by their side since day one ... and they suck. So continued suckage won't make me pull for another team. But baseball is always my first love and I care less and less about NFL every season, especially since I left Charlotte. But nah, I'll always follow the team. I could see me not watching games at some point though.

Don't really want to wade through the thread but firing him now doesn't really give him a "jump" on finding the next coach. It's not like that month+ will have some super secret or coveted coach you have to land NOW. Next to no difference will be had searching now (which you can do with Rhule still here btw) or waiting. Just let the fire burn it down and have an off season like usual.

People mock his celebrations all the time, he tore down a flag he didn't like years ago, fans mock players with chants that player has said, we mock Matt Ryan saying get the F off my field, people mock Aaron Rodgers for his belt gesture, players mock other players celebrations or smack talk, etc. If you want to show off, be prepared to get it back to you. There is no "dilemna". This franchise has SUCKED from DAY ONE with exception to a rare season here and there. We're the Browns but with a hotter girlfriend, the Lions but with a larger penis, the Jets but with you know ... anything else, the Jags but in a less humid city, the Texans but in a less conservative state, the Bengals but without the weird helmets, the WFT but without fans that dress up as pigwomen, and the Falcons but without being the Falcons.
