Sam will get 2-3 series, PJ will play 3 and a half quarters, and Matt Corral will get the rest.

Not sure about a plan but I would expect more of PJ and Corral this week. I think Rhule said the starters would play less this week because of the joint practices.

These guys all somehow graded worse than CB Chris Westry.

This is why I thought Sam would just get flat out cut. Baker is the obvious #1, PJ is Matt's boy, and we drafted Corral. Sam Darnold's salary is already a sunk cost, but his practice reps and roster spot are not. If we needed a warm body at QB to fill out the roster, it makes sense to keep Sam. We owe him the money either way. But if he's taking up someone else's reps, the cost of keeping him extends beyond his salary.

It's good that we're compounding the effects of mistakes instead of moving forward with the right plan.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

On a positive note, I'd like to see more of Ricci at TE. On a more constructive one, I'd like to see Corral come in before PJ this time. It might be terrible but we need to see it.

Rhule definitely screwed the pooch with how he's prioritized things at QB, but how Corral looked is concerning beyond that. Typically when you see these guys play, you can tell whether or not they have something. They might make a lot of mistakes or whatnot, but they show certain things you can cling to. Matt Corral didn't give us anything. Hopefully he looks better next week.
