Seems appropriate for a horse's @@s like Aaron. Way to let your teammates and fans down.

That or have Uber on speed dial. Either way, there is no excuse for driving drunk. Ruggs just killed another person in a selfish act, while pissing away the rest of his career. He'll have to deal with a momentary lapse of reason for the rest of his life. He had a life most could only dream of, what an idiot.

Darnold Concussed, Patriots Game Next Week, Sign Cam,
NanuqoftheNorth replied to Kryptick's topic in Carolina Panthers
Are we debating who's gonna be the Panthers tank commander? -
Darnold was terrible first half of 2019 but then...

I like they way you're thinking. -
This guy gets it.
-
Yeah, it was bad enough when Cam was in his prime, but watching him get pounded every week behind our current line would be hard to watch.
-
Can you imagine a Panthers forum where everyone held the same opinions? That would be the worst of all possible football forums.
-
Why would Cam come back? My understanding is that pay is rather good for QBs in the NFL.
-
Good question. Would Cam even want to return? The prospects of playing behind the Panthers line would likely be a disincentive for most QBs.
-
Cam's return would be a "feel good" moment for sure.

It took Rivera a while to win too
NanuqoftheNorth replied to ENCPantherfan2's topic in Carolina Panthers
Panthers would have done well to cut ties with Rivera early on. Imagine what a competent HC could have done with Cam and Kuechly in their prime? -
Ever since this team cut ties with Anderson, the Panthers have failed to find a viable backup QB. How long has that been now?
-
This may be another Pete Carroll situation where the ability is there, just not the needed NFL experience. Tepper may want to bring in a former HC as consultant/mentor for Rhule, along with a veteran NFL OC. Anything to shorten Rhule's NFL learning curve. Otherwise there has been little so far to indicate Rhule is going to figure it out on his own by year 3.

Chris Simms: People have caught on to the Panthers offense.
NanuqoftheNorth replied to Tbe's topic in Carolina Panthers
Two seasons of half measures when it comes to the QB and O line positions. If the solution wasn't out there to be had, it would have been wiser to go with what was already on the roster and saved the picks/cap space. -
Who do you want as the next head coach?
NanuqoftheNorth replied to Squid Game's topic in Carolina Panthers
It is safe to say Tepper is an A type personality that hates to lose. Watching Dave's expressions during the last few games suggests to me he is already weighing his options. Tepper isn't JR enduring another losing season with John Fox to avoid paying two head coaches. If Tepper ever becomes convinced Rhule doesn't have what it takes to be an NFL head coach, Matt will be gone in short order. -

NanuqoftheNorth replied to Squid Game's topic in Carolina Panthers
We're gonna learn a lot more about Dave Tepper in the next few months. The Panthers don't need to have a winning record, but I'm pretty sure Tepper expects to see a well coached team in year two of the rebuild. Right now, the team looks like a mess out there, in all facets of the game. That doesn't inspire confidence in the coaching staff's abilities. If Tepper decides Rhule isn't living up to the hype, he might find his brass balls and hit the reset button. Rhule's contract is not a LIMFAC for Tepper. -
Are we a more attractive destination for Russell Wilson?
NanuqoftheNorth replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Tampa was essentially a Tom Brady away from contending for a championship. Carolina, not so much. -
Are we a more attractive destination for Russell Wilson?
NanuqoftheNorth replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Also, no successful QB on the backside of his career wants to spend his Sunday afternoons running for his life on an historically dysfunctional team like the Panthers. They want a soft landing spot like Brady and Stafford received. -

NanuqoftheNorth replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Russell has a ring. I don't have an issue with allowing QBs to have express their ideas to management. However, at the end of the day it is management's job to manage and a coaches job to coach. Russell, Rodgers and Watson have made it clear they want more than to just express themselves, they want control in management/coaching decisions. Not interested in any of them for that reason alone. -
Without the picks.
