Maybe. Every year I kept thinking Burns would break out and it never happened. It was same ole, same ole. He would show up for a few snaps a game, maybe get a sack, and then disappear. If he does show improvement it will lower my opinion of him even more.

I had no issue with him until he became annoyingly positive during the playoffs a few years ago. Like let me feel what I want to feel after a bad game Don’t tell me not to bring that in here. Venting after a bad game is what these forums are for. I will be positive when I feel I need to be positive and I will be negative when I feel like it is appropriate to be negative. Long story short: Don’t tell me how to fan. That is a major pet peeve of mine. There is a reason I have him ignored.

I know it happens. But considering how grueling of a sport hockey is I will never understand having games scheduled back to back, especially if it is an away game. Sabres also had a day of rest. It is like if an NFL team had to play a game on Sunday afternoon and then turn around and play on Monday against a team that is rested. Like, WTF schedules makers?
