Fitterer needs to get on the phone and offer the Phins a late round Draft pick in exchange for us forfeiting that game. They'll crucify us.

Ever since the NFL changed the rules to make this a passing league it's amazing how much of a difference having a good QB makes. Like you can't consistently win without one now. In the past you could win a SuperBowl with a game manager - now you can't even win your division.
-
When is Fitterer getting fired?

Why did the Falcons change their uniforms a few years ago? These new ones are awful - the last edition was much better.
-
Ok, please do.

I don't think the ex-NFL LB would have let his Front Office draft a 5'10", 180lb LB. He knows how likely he is to get injured.

All of the evidence points to it being a Tepper pick. Fitterer and Reich rubber stamped it 'cos they like money and wanted to keep their jobs.

You get used to the climate where you live - you see guys in LA wearing hoodies in the height of summer too.

He's not accurate enough - it was all over his tape in College and has carried over to the NFL. It's only a minor thing - he gets the ball where it needs to be (or at least in the 'area code'), but the elite QBs put it on the correct shoulder 9 times out of 10. Lawrence doesn't.

Richardson was the one I wanted. Stroud was the one I initially figured they'd pick once the trade was made - he even has the God squad thing going for him.

After a painful seven years - good times to be a Panthers fan.

We gave up 5 premium picks for Young (including trading away McCaffrey and Moore). We're not the 49ers, we're not going to cover up this mistake by lucking into a starting calibre NFL QB in the 7th round.

Watching the Phins / Broncos game. They're going to baptise us in October.

The smart thing to do last offseason, once we ruled ourselves out of the Carr sweepstakes, was to sign Minshew, sit tight at #9 and let the Draft come to us. Instead we are where we are.
-
Neither team impressed me when we played them either - we just couldn't get out of our own way. People are searching for reasons - supporting cast, play calling etc when it's clear the problem lies at QB. Dude isn't it - it's a show me league and he's already shown he's going to massively struggle at this level.

TCU were a fairytale story - they were always the imposter in the Playoffs.

It's a coping mechanism that this franchise's fanbase uses a lot. The Texans were legitimately terrible last year - a new HC and a new QB elevating the talent around him and look at the immediate improvement. That was meant to be us - and we weren't even terrible last season, just mediocre.

I'm not terrified about anything when it comes to the Panthers anymore - they've crushed most of the passion I had for the team with 7 years of ineptitude. That said, the only shining light after the atrocious trade to #1 and selecting Young is that the entire Front Office will be fired and we can start again.

That's just Al Golden.

We won't be taking either.

I mean, to be fair, Temple never had a hope in hell.
-
Partly 'cos they don't have a QB. Partly 'cos Miami, USC and Texas are back up and keeping recruits home. Partly because teams are now legally allowed to pay players so the SEC's under-the-table bag game isn't as effective.

He's a 5th year Senior on a stacked team playing an overmatched team - I'd be surprised if he didn't look good today.
-
He's a con man - look up his history.

The big linemen that generally take 2+ seasons to mature? Or is he going to get ready-made O/DLinemen in the transfer portal?
